I give this location a 0/10 simply because I ordered pizza tonight for my children, only to find hair in the pizza. Yes, hair literally baked into the pizza. I called the store and spoke to someone named Jason ( he stated he was a manager) who told me that he nor his driver have long hair so that was impossible. I have checked my ring camera, and the driver idid have long hair, indeed. Jason sounded annoyed from the beginning of the call. Basically, he was calling me a liar. I asked repeatedly if he would like me to send a picture or video. He then again asked me how that could be possible. I told him I don’t know and that the hair was baked into the pizza, so it’s not like it could have come from us. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I understand that mistakes happen, but to be treated that way when I was the one that was inconvenienced and disgusted, is diabolical! I asked Mr. Jason whom his GM was and he informed me that he couldn’t give out this information. He said he would give me a credit, not my money back, but a credit. I was not able to add a video, but the picture is below. I am holding the pizza up by the strand of hair that was baked in it.

Well, Papa Johns lost some good customers. Their pizza was super dry and tastes like burnt egg shells. This Marcos Pizza never fail. The quality of the pizza is exceptional! They deliver fast and quick and even include plates with the order! We don’t have to wash dishes! RIP Papa Johns.

Absolutely Horrible accuracy and customer service. I hadn’t ordered pizza from them in awhile because of constant mistakes. Ordered 2 pizzas. I went in person, although i ordered on the app for the special. I specifically asked about the accuracy of my order. The employee said it was ok. I came to pick the pizzas up and , of course, they place bell peppers on 1 pizza, instead of green olives. At this point, I felt it was deliberate. When I asked for a refund for the pizza they made the mistake on. The guy at the counter gave me about 5 dollars back and wanted to charge me full price for the other pizza. I stated to him that was the whole reason for getting the special. I then asked to talk to the manager. He claimed he was the General Manager. I asked for a card , he flat out said “No”. I asked for his name, he again stated “No”. I looked up at the bulletin board and asked him if he was Peter Golding. He nodded. He then stated I had to leave and was denying me service. I stated for what? I never raised my voiced, I wasn’t rude, he stated I needed to go. That was it folks. Plain and simple. Pizza is not worth it. This location is always the absolute worse!

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and I have yet to submit a review so here we go. This is by far the best Marco’s location I’ve been to. In the past, I tried ordering from Evan’s location and my pizza took over an hour when they quoted me 20 minutes. This location always has it done on time or earlier and the pizza is always beautiful and delicious. I’m not a fan of dominos, papa John’s, or little Caesar’s. If I can get Marcos, I will always go for this pizza place!

EDIT TO ADD: I was asked to put this review by the store manager/GM to make his store look better and these aren’t even my pizzas. Instead of fully deleting my review, I’m leaving it up, taking all stars down, to prove my point. This is what all the Marco Stores are doing now, taking their own photos and having employees leave perfect reviews. Don’t trust anyone.

Had to put in an order for a party and have it delivered. Pizza came on time and the delivery person was awesome and helped set up and we were given cheese and pepper which I had totally forgot to even consider requesting! I’m so glad he did cause we needed them!
Would definitely recommend. Pizza was fresh and customer service was great.

We’ve seen the commercials with the crispy roni cups & that’s what enticed us to try it out. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza & some boneless wings, waited inside at the dine in tables & enjoyed it! Pepperoni was nice & crispy. About 1/2 of them turned into the roni cups with that nice crisp edge on them & they were delicious. The BBQ boneless wings had a nice flavor too. They paired well together. We will be back for more.

I’m over this location. I work down the street, so when I’m hungry, this is where I normally order. They never get it right— this is the last time I’m ordering from them. I present you, the receipt and what’s actually in it.. almost nothing I asked for. A family size salad for $16.00 and nothing is correct. The wings I ordered also dont have the garlic parmesean topping, and one of the boneless wings was pure batter, and YES, I tipped them over 20%.

Ordered. Said thirty minutes to deliver. Called after 45. Said they were boxing it. We switched to pick up. My daughter does and not ready. 30 minutes after waiting they tell her ten more minutes. A total of almost two hours. We cancelled. Super irritating

We ordered two pizzas from Marco’s for a quick dinner, now in the past Marco’s has been good with their orders but today we could tell that the pizzas were made in a rush because the half cheese half garden was all onion, mushrooms, and three pieces of bell pepper. Which wouldn’t have been a big issue but when you have an autistic child that has food aversion and only eats cheese pizza, it become a waste of money. I try not to write bad reviews but the issue above along with staff lying about the pizzas “just coming out of the oven” and being rude to my wife cannot go on. Please do better, be transparent with customers, and don’t rush orders.
