Superb staff, the tall young lad and the young lady at the front of house were amazing. Lovely clean little restaurant and a close car park at the rear. The tandoori mixed grill was stunning, visually audibly and smell wise. An amazing dish served with a good Peshwari Naan. The Lamb passanda was good but a little dry as I had asked for it to be delayed and it was left under the hot light a little too long, not their fault but my fault. The chapati was interesting too. A lovely experience and customer service. Well done team.

Always loved this place ordered for delivery. Came stone cold , and food was hard couldn’t eat it so disappointed, hand full of chips as well , couldn’t cut any of it .Did try too call . Gutted used too love it here.

Delivery was earlier than time on just eat. The delivery driver was lovely and It was a 10/10 meal, I had the chicken mahkani and it is one of the best tasting ones I have had! Will defo order from here again!

Had an amazing dinner experience at the tamarind bay.
We didn’t book ahead but we were still allowed to stay. It’s quite small and they open by 5pm and close by 11pm so I’ll say definitely try booking before going.
We had the chicken biryani and naan I think but I’ll attach pictures. The food was tasty but it took a while to get ready, I’m guessing because they had to make everything fresh.
They also only had one server that particular day and she was so busy but she remained polite. Good experience and will definitely go again. I can’t remember how much I spent but I’ll say almost or if not up to £50-ish for 2 people.

Visiting from London and really fancied a curry, had never been to Exeter before. Came across this one and gave it a try. Well the food was exceptional. So tasty and flavoursome and fresh. It wasn’t pooling with oil like some curries. We were really impressed. Bombay Aloo was very nice. The staff were sooo friendly and easy to talk to while being really attentive. If we ever come this way again we will return! If you looking for a curry and are doing some research go here!

Ordered a takeaway. What a disappointment. Ordered ceylon , which was not good. No depth of flavour, chicken was tough. Sag paneer, tasted like it had sugar in it! So sweet and a little bit off, like sour milk. The garlic naan was not to my liking, not fresh tasting.bit false. Just overall not good quality food. Probly fine if you arent too fussy.

We had a lovely staff Xmas meal here yesterday. The food was amazing! Probably the best Indian in Devon. Excellent service and good price and portions. Couldn’t fault anything. The Naga curry was delicious as was the Chilli and Cheese Naan breads Thanks from The Music Depot team

Recently had dinner here. Made a reservation over the phone which was easy. We had the chicken Shatkora, the lamb tamarind, garlic nan and rice. The restaurant wasn’t full and the food came promptly. The lamb sauce was very delicious I really liked the sauce but the lamb wasn’t as tender, I could taste the different spices which I loved. The chicken was tender and it was in a thick sauce but I didn’t like the flavors but my partner did. No garlic taste to the naan. The waitresses were very polite and efficient. I know it’s a new restaurant and it will take a while before they are more familiar with the dishes on the menu. I can see different Bangladeshi foods that I want to try, will be back.
