Maybe I caught them on a bad day, which it happens, but not sure where people come with this is the best place around type of comment. Maybe because I only visited three other restaurant venues in Potsdam?
As you can tell from my photo that was not an appetizing fish and chips at all, where is the rest of the meal for $16.99? The fish filet was 4” by 2 1/2”. Not so good breading and I am kinda glad there wasn’t much more of it. The breading was too thick and crunchy, yes I forgot the fish was about 1/4” high. The blueberry scone was dry and had a weird taste like it was not baked enough. I baked at home as I am GF because these over priced places that deliver zero quality drove me to it.
So that sorry looking fish and chips and a scone came to $22 ! I was the only one around 530p on Saturday, that should have told me not to bother.
I have tried them again after a long while and I will not again. Waste of my hard earned money.
I did not even mention the uncleanliness, ooops I just did.

I can not overstate the awesomeness of ambiance, cuisine, and quality of service.
Was putstanding all-around, with food accommodating any restrictions and a varied catalog of sweets (but some savory delights).

My wife’s new favorite place for lunch. The fish and chips were delightful. I had the Mediterranean wrap and added chicken it was absolutely scrumptious! Of course the bakery was out of this world! The staff I would give an 11/10 they were so amazing so helpful and nice. The whole place was just wonderful amd clean and felt welcome.

Food was amazing and so many good choices for gluten sensitivities. And I don’t even have a gluten sensitivity, but I couldn’t even tell that it was gluten free. The fries were like some of the best fries I’ve ever had and would definitely come back just for a big bag of them!

I write this as someone who is NOT GF, but traveling with someone who is. This place defies the stigma of GF food being only tolerable. You would never know it’s GF and it’s amazingly safe for GF people. The 3 Bears cafe issuper relaxed and no anxiety over getting cross contamination.

Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Delicious food and baked goods! Truly a unique eatery! Everything is gluten-free, and the facility is gluten-free safe. There are also some vegan options! I would highly recommend the cheeseburger wrap, and any of the cupcakes! Custom cakes made to order, but you must call at least 5 days ahead. Whether you’re gluten-free or not, this is great food! A must stop if you’re in the Potsdam area!

Such a warm and inviting space! The bakery smells delicious the second you walk in. You won’t want to leave. The staff are kind and funny. Even if you aren’t gluten free, stop by for a yummy treat!
