Recently ordered a white half broccoli, half meatball pizza. The broccoli was baked into the pizza. The ‘meatballs’ looked like 1 meatball cut into pieces that were added after the fact. You charge a lot for your gourmet pizzas. How could that have left the shop? Usually very good so I gave 3 stars, should be less.

I’ll start by saying the specialty items were excellent. I got the Winnie the Pooh pizza, the chicken cutlet whiz sandwich, cheese fries and fried pickles. Pizza was fantastic, ingredients were high quality. Sandwich was also great, the cutlet was freshly made. The fries were crispy but the pickles weren’t cooked long enough. Lastly I had a plain slice and did not like it at all, not enough sauce and the grease was dripping everywhere. I highly recommend the specialty pizzas or a sandwich. Inside was clean and new but the temperature was uncomfortable I was too hot. The people inside were good. Helpful and quick as they could be.

This pizza place is absolutely top-notch! The taste is outstanding, and my favorite is their cheese pizza — it’s simply delicious. The restaurant is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are always friendly and provide excellent service. I come here often and it never disappoints. Don’t forget to try their honey mustard sauce — it’s amazing!

Monday July 28th at 5pm we ordered a pick up order on DoorDash got here at 520pm i noticed no one was going in or ever coming out so I got out my truck walked over tryed the door here it was locked and I looked in all the lights was off and no one was inside at all …now door dash won’t give me my refund cause someone in the store a accepted the DoorDash order, but there’s no one in there. The door is locked. All the lights are off and nothing’s going on. All I know is I better get my refund back!

Spend your money somewhere else, go to Cafe Carmela or Gino’s for pizza. This place was way better when it was Buffalo House. Only thing that was good was the wings. The chicken fingers were homemade but they were tiny like strips and dry. Asked for BBQ sauce and they sent a weird sauce instead . Also had garlic parm sauce and it was literally melted butter mixed with garlic powder, pathetic. Pizza was super doughy, little sauce and super greasy, barely ate one slice. Oh and thanks for cutting the pizza, they barely made an indent on the pizza and nothing more, had to cut up the pizza ourselves. Plus delivery was late as well, not worth the $60 spent on it.

(Update 01/2026) recently ordered delivery from them and the person answering the phone was rude. Than the food got to us really cold and not very well cooked. Very disappointing after they were so good when they started. Hope they get back to good. The cheesesteak was also terrible. No flavor and tasted super cheap.
Great new pizza spot. Just ordered for the eagles game the other day and the pizza was amazing. So flavorful and well cooked. The garlic knots sadly were burned and not great. Also the girl who took my order on the phone wasn’t very pleasant either. If they found someone else to answer the phones that had a decent personality and didn’t burn the knots, this would be a 5+ star review. But I get it, it’s hard to find good help now a days but I could taste the effort with the pizza. It’s my new go to. Eventually they will get it all right. Give them a shot.

I’ve given this establishment plenty of chances. When people complain about the service here, I defended them by raving about the food. My husband called for pickup for a heart shaped pizza and fried raviolis and the lady who answered the phone w/him was short with him. When he asked her if she needed a name for the order, she said no, just tell them when you get here. When we got there, our order wasn’t even started. From the time we placed our call to getting our food, it was an hour wait. Other people were waiting as well. The uncomfortable part was as we were all sitting down in the front lobby area, the guy cook was yelling at how people ordered their food at once and how they can expect fast service and complained in front of customers. That’s ok, you can enjoy a slower period. What would have been a cozy Valentines dinner turned into a decision to take our business elsewhere.

I don’t understand any of the low reviews, NEPCO is excellent and one of the best spots in the whole neighborhood. Great variety of pizza and sandwiches that are very high quality. They are creative with some of the weekly specials and have some really unique items. Sure it’s a little bit on the pricey side but that’s honestly most quality pizza places these days. Definitely worth it and you’ll find something awesome.

Ordered at 528 PM, Wednesday through Slice. Checked app at 615 for update. It said food wouldn’t arrive until 720 and that it was still being prepared. Called at 630, was put on hold for a few minutes. I asked about the status of our food order. Was asked for the address. Was told it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, still no food. To have to wait two hours for delivery when the place is located five minutes down the road is beyond ridiculous.
Food arrived at 707 PM. The pizza was luke warm (looks greasy in the pic but doesn’t eat greasy), but the pizza burger, chicken cheesesteak, and garlic knots were warm. The delivery person was nice and the food was good. Although the wait was long, we did enjoy our food.
