Stopped in for a quick coffee and left genuinely impressed. The Dunkin’ inside the Shell station in Fairfield delivers exactly what you want on the road—fast, friendly service and a solid cup of coffee to keep you moving. Staff were courteous, and my order was ready in no time.
But what really stood out? The restroom. Hands down, the cleanest Shell station restroom I’ve ever used. It had just been cleaned by the attendant, and she did a fantastic job—everything was spotless, stocked, and smelled fresh. That kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference when you’re traveling.
A small stop with big standards. I’ll definitely swing by again when I’m in the area.

I am disappointed in the way I was treated this morning. I ordered an shakin espresso with no ice and a turkey egg and cheese on a croissant. I kid you not this is the drink they handed me. I haven’t drank a sip of it. The order came to $10.88 by the way. To get off a 12 hour shift just to deal with this. Thereafter including the condescendingly sarcastic ” Have a nice day” from the guy at the window. Ain’t going to Dunkin again.

Today is the last time! .40 cents for some extra queso on my hadbrowns and there is one dot of cheese on them. I ordered the queso because I wanted the queso.

The Dunkin donuts store number 356132 Fairfield ohio is beautiful. I am very impressed. It is located in a gas station but definitely separated from the store.The staff was so nice, big smiles on their faces.

I’ve been coming here consistently for the past two years, with that being said the food is always good and my drink is always made correctly for the most part. Now the customer service here is always trash, there has been one time that I was treated nicely in past two years. I came today and I always say please and thank you but the lady at the window didn’t say anything back to me and just seemed to be in the worst mood possible. I said thank you when I left and she just blatantly ignored me. This seems to happen a lot to me at this location I don’t if they hate their lives or their job but honestly if it’s that bad to the point where you have to treat others like crap then maybe not work here?

Been coming here for 6.5 years every weekday morning for coffee. Noticed a change in management over the last couple weeks and it’s gone downhill quickly. Much longer wait times in the drive-thru, out of cold brew this morning & didn’t put egg on my breakfast sandwich.

I tried so hard to give this dunkin some credit, but I have been going here for a year and only ONCE has my order been correct. They have given me old stale bagels, cold sandwiches, improper cream cheese, incorrect drinks, etc. I mean seriously people it is not that hard. I’ve had my card charged about 5 times now when they were actually out of that item and I had to order something else, just to hope the price was close and I wasn’t losing additional money, because they never refund! Save yourself some time, this location sucks.

She got coffee from this location and took one sip and was disgusted. She opened her cup to find orange grease residue on the top 1.5 inches of her cup with residue also in her coffee, a white line exposed from the sip she took.
The lady at the counter then tried to play it off as sprinkle residue from the donuts….
First off, why would you give anybody code with residue from ANYTHING in it?! Second, how are you going to try to play it off as sprinkles when there is residue sticking to the lining of the cup itself?!?!? Lastly, let’s be real… sprinkles would sink to the bottom of the cup not float and leave little oily residue on top of the coffee…
This location needs to really retrain their staff of the health standard that are put in place by LAW!!! If this employee was this careless and tried to play it off as nothing, what’s to say this hasn’t happened before and to how many other it could also happen to???
You literally gave somebody a cup used for draining USED OLD GREASE!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
