What a nice place! Fast, friendly service, good value, and they take great care when preparing the food. The buns are made fresh locally from Baked In Brooklyn so i knew I was in for a treat. I really enjoyed this meal, can’t wait to go back soon.

This restaurant recently opened near my home in Jamaica Queens, and I have to say I’m very impressed. Not only is the food great, but the people are always pleasant and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find these days. The interior is very clean and nice looking as well. The only suggestion I have is possibly adding drinks to the burger combos. Nevertheless, I think this place is great and I will continue to give them my business as long as they keep doing what they’re doing.

Always on point. Appears to be a family owned business. They work hard and provide decent well made food. I ordered the salmon burger and received everything according to what I requested. I’d advise to call and order ahead or else you’ll be waiting 10-15 min since they make food to order and not ahead of time. Sometimes you just want a decent fresh burger, or salmon burger, and Burger Factory has just that.

I have eaten here on a few occasions. The calypso burger and salmon burger combos were delicious. When I called to place my order and requested sweet potato fries, the employee informed me that he would wait until I get to the location to make the fries (so they wouldn’t be soggy). That made my day Delicious food + considerate employees.

The food was great! The UBEReats driver said that the food smelt so good. My wife had the salmon burger and she loved it. I had a cheese burger and everything thing on it was fresh. Also, had wings and they were seasoned perfect. Really love the food and can’t say it enough a must try.

Ever since they switched over to burgers only this has become my favorite spot in the area! Staff is super friendly, shop is clean and well kept, and the burgers and fries are awesome & fresh. Way above fast food but priced about the same. Quality is more in-line with a really nice diner, but less time and money. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
