Came here for dinner while I was back home for Christmas and had an amazing experience. The service was great, Maximillian was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was honestly incredible. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place really impressed me. I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews because everything about my visit was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back

Appetizers were nice. I ordered my steak blue. It was served well done. I was angry. Was so upset I didnt want to eat. So then asked for a replacement to take home. When I got home and opened the container I found a half portion. Was going to give them a second chance but after that, forget it. How rude! They screwed me twice. Never again.

Truthfully went here because it was last minute on a Saturday and they had openings. But will go back. First the restaurant is very pretty. Nice staff, food was good. All three of us enjoyed our apps and entrees.

terrible meal, started with pasta Bolognese, pasta was chewy and sauce tasted cheap like out of a can, salmon came out raw, they brought it back and came back out just as bad, undercooked and was fishy, definitely not fresh; pork chop tasteless and they never brought out knife, had to flag waiter down. Overall awful experience, won’t be back.

There is a lot of room for improvement. Unfortunately, the prices do not match the quality of the food (imagine pizzeria style food quality but for 3x the price). The service is disorganized and inattentive. Also, the restaurant would benefit from higher quality menus (they had paper menus), and completed decor (the bathroom had no signage on it). I understand the restaurant opened up recently but for an opening to make a good impression you just have to try harder. On the plus side, our table received a complementary $15 dollar bottle of wine, so that was a nice gesture.

I have eaten here 2x recently and I must say this place is exceptional.
I did read 2 disgruntled reviews, one from a woman named Pamela, who seems to be a know it all – but in the same breathe not so much educated. You don’t choose a restaurant based on one specific dish, and if you don’t get it because they’re sold out you stomp your feet like a 12 year old.
The owner Max who I had the pleasure of meeting with is so heart filled with how his customers AND his employees feel you can tell just in dining here.
I wish this restaurant nothing but blessings, my family and I have enjoyed their food and the service very much so.
Booking my next party here when they get settled in.

This restaurant just opened over the weekend in Port, Washington. I went there for a Saturday night date with my girlfriend. The food was out of this world. I am a tough critic on Italian food and this place, blew me away. Service was great and love the old school ambience. Would recommend to any Italian food lovers in the area and beyond.

We visited Palazzo for the first time, and we had a great meal with excellent service. The portions were very large and all were delicious (mussels, veal parm, cacio e pepe and chicken scarpariello). The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a very warm inviting atmosphere. Our waiter was very nice and the owner could be seen visiting every table. All in all, a terrific experience, and we look forward to returning!
