Never again! No one was answering the phones tonight to take orders. My husband waited over an hour in person for our pizza. The pizza dough was RAW (see photo). We literally threw it away. Save your time and money- there’s many great pizza places in and around Columbus. Very disappointing pizza night!

Everything came out super good! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The ingredients tasted fresh and well balanced. The service was friendly and fast, and the whole experience was great. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Romeo’s Pizza!

The pizza is good, but tonight was the second time I’ve gone in to pick up my order and no one knew anything about it. They can see it in their computer but somehow the ticket is lost. It was already an hour wait to pick up. I went in exactly on time and had to wait 30 more minutes for my pizza. And both times it struck me that no one there really seems to care very much, like it’s just business as usual. I totally get mistakes happen but there are too many pizza places in the area to deal with that kind of mistake on a regular basis.

As much as I want to give this place a better review, I can’t. They won’t deliver to my house from their website so we only have to use doordash.
The last 3 orders they have messed something up. When I called the manager, he said, “doordash messed it up and sent us the wrong items,” which I know is false because one time we got an order with somebody else’s name.
If you can go pick it up and verify the order is correct, it’s great. If you have to order, stay away because this place can’t ever seem to get an order correct.
How about the owners just stop running through doordash if it’s always wrong?

Update: I gave them another chance and got a raw calzone this time. The manager didn’t care. Stay far away from this place

GREATTT FOOODDD!!! TJ, a team member from Romeo’s, brought in a pizza for us to sample as a business development venture to introduce himself to the neighborhood. My question is, A. Why (another business in the area) haven’t I ordered from here before? And B. Why did it take so long for someone to introduce us to the magic that is ROMEO’S?!? The pizza is great, the staff (from the interaction I had) is very personable, and we will definitely order again for a “I didnt bring my lunch” spot

Absolutely terrible experience at Romeo’s Pizza tonight. The estimated wait time was 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 40, after showing up right on time.

There were about seven people working behind the counter, and not a single one of them bothered to greet me, ask if I’d been helped, or even make eye contact. I stood there watching three other customers come and go with their orders before I finally had to step up and ask for assistance myself.

When I did, I was told my order would be “just another minute,” which actually turned into another 10 minutes. To top it off, one of the items I ordered (an extra bottle of sauce) wasn’t in stock. Instead of telling me or offering an alternative, one of the employees just shrugged and said they’d “throw several little ones in a bag, it’ll amount to about one bottle.” Um, no. That’s not how that works, and you don’t make that call without asking the customer first.

I work in the service industry, so I get it, but this was hands-down the worst service I’ve ever had at a Romeo’s. I actually left a generous tip out of habit, but I won’t be making that mistake again. Takeout service should at least meet the bare minimum: timeliness, communication, and basic courtesy.

Do better, Romeo’s.

This place is awful. Placed an order online, said 30 minute delivery estimate. After an hour I had to call and see what was going on. Couldn’t reach anyone there, had to keep calling until someone finally picked up and told me they had lost my order even though I was charged and had a confirmation email with order number. When I asked for a refund, they told me no, I had to call back tomorrow…. Unbelievable

This experience was horrible. Tried to order on line. The app told me the store was closed. I called to see if the store was actually open or not. Someone answered so I placed my order but they did not use my coupon code for $7 off. Said it was on line only. And to top it all off the deep dish was way under cooked. The dough was raw and nasty.

Ordered an hour and half ahead. When I arrived at the requested time, waited 5-10 minutes before someone even talked to me. 3 people looking at their phones, 2 people making pizzas and the gentleman cutting and boxing the pizzas had to stop to come help me. Was told at that time it would be another 10 mins before pizza was ready and watched him go talk to one of the people making the pizzas. Finally received my order 30 mins after requested time and 20 mins after being told 10 more mins. Love the pizza but not sure it is worth the bad service.

We have noticed this restaurant for so long but didn’t try it because of the low rating. The first time we went, we got a large pizza and breadsticks. The order was finished on time, and had no issue with pickup. Surprisingly, their crust was so fluffy that we would not want to waste any of it. However, they didn’t seal the sauce properly and left the portion cups upside down, which caused a mess. We returned and tried more flavors and traditional wings. The pizza quality was stable, but the wings differed slightly from what we expected. The wings’ size was much larger than the average restaurant, which was good, but the skin was not crispy. You may try it if you are a meat lover but don’t mind having non-crispy wings.
