I was expecting something waaay smaller, but this torta was the size of an entire foot-long sub! And don’t get me started on the flavor! I ordered the Mexican torta, which comes with ham, carnita, and barbacoa, which was so delicious! I recommend anyone to come check this place out! You will not be disappointed!

I enjoyed the food at this place. When I seen crispy tacos, I thought I was getting the grocery hard shell tacos. Nope, these are crunchy tacos with a soft on the outside, so you keep all the goodness. Oh ya, the horchata was huge, and tasty.

Really good taco spot and the amount of meat in the tacos is very generous (there’s a ton). Delicious birria, chorizo & Al pastor tacos – the meats were packed with flavor (especially the chorizo). The tortillas were ridiculously hot when the tacos came out!

I always like finding good birria so I’m glad I found this spot. The mango ice cream was great – the mango flavor came out nicely. Pineapple drink was good.

I’ll definitely be returning to try other tacos/items! This spot has been open for 3-4 years.

We had tacos, a torta and fruit. The torta mexicana was good, loved how large it was and fresh! The only thing was the carnitas in the torta lacked flavor. The tacos were just ok and the salsas were a little runny. Ok do like the portions and the tortillas had good flavor.

The fruit cup was great, all their fruit selections are fresh and after you select the fruit they chop it up into bite size pieces and a good portion.

Would come back and probably try a burger or a different torta. The service was awesome, the people that work there are very friendly and welcoming.

2025 Update. Made a second trip, we were very pleased. Food was great. A must if you are not too far.

While at a convention nearby. We decided to try this place due to the good reviews. This gem is kinda hard to find. It sits on the corner of the Plaza. They have lots of options which made it really hard to order, because they all sounded good. The smell of mexican food fill the air that made me want to try one of everything. The young lady who attended us was very friendly and very welcoming. I ordered different types of tacos to try what they had to offer. I had two asada tacos, They were good. Another taco I had was cabeza and that was really good BUT my favorite of the all were the birria tacos. Those were the best I have had in awhile. They have aquas frescas to drink, freshly made is the best. Sodas and even Mexican Cokes. This place offers a large variety of mexican snacks. I tried the fresh fruit with chamoy and tajin. It was so good I could not stop eating it. This place has all the makings of a great lil authentic taco place! You gotta stop if you happen to be in the area.

Came here because it was the closest food place to me in that moment but wow it’s one of those places that you walk away unexpectedly amazed.
Ordered birria tacos and had to fight my friend because she thought she was going to pay ON HER BIRTHDAY and Doña Aracely was so sweet that she stopped her from paying and as we were finishing our meal she comes out with a little surprise. 12/10 in my book. Food was delicious I was practically licking my fingers from the consume. Staff was friendly and they have a little bar to rest your feet when you’re sitting down. The snack bar was so tempting but the portions are very filling and the fruit ice cream was the cherry on top. Gracias a todos, especialmente usd Aracely 🙂 you made her birthday that much more special.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Anatole and came here, as this is not too far from that hotel for some “authentic TX tacos.” The place is very Mexican in style and authentic from that perspective. Service was great, the young girl you took my order spoke perfect English and was so very helpful! They have a nice, large menu loaded with many types of great things to eat!

I opted for three tacos; pollo, carne, chorizo and all were excellent! The only thing I didn’t like is that they came on corn tortillas, and in my opinion one of the things I love about TX tacos is that they make fresh, homemade flour tacos in the shops, but this place didn’t. They did offer flour tortillas, but I was “defaulted” to corn.

The tacos came with beans and rice and the beans were pretty good; they were refried style. The rice was good too. The onions and cilantro that came on the platter offered a nice condiment to the tacos. Then their sauces – They were decent; they had a verde and a mojo style.

Overall, nice visit!

Walked two miles to have lunch here and it was worth every step. Elote and shrimp/octopus cocktail were delicious. They have many unique hot sauces to try as well. Next time I’m in Dallas I will be back!

Family own restaurant that is very accommodating for people with eating such as celiac. I was able to order an off menu egg omelette with delicious meats and vegetables with some guacamole a little bit of lettuce and some delicious sauce.
