Food is fabulous idk what others have an issue with. It’s a healthier option on island as well. High protein. No crowds, much better parking, friendly staff and lots of options. Ala my burrito was stacked huge. I was way full. Like a Chipotle on mainland. Really hope they stay lowkey because overcrowded restaurants don’t always mean better food.

Great service, great food and flavors, great portions, good soft but crispy outside fries simple menu, fast, able to ask for more or less toppings great place, good vibe, come though yessah grinds. My Bowl: rice, pinto beans, shredded cheese red Salsa, all veggies except cilantro (i dont care for it), burrito sauce, no chips. Combo with fries and a small drink (not in picture). Try em out. Solid 10/10 I recommend FOR A NEWLY OPENED RESTAURANT.

Sadly was disappointed. The reviews made it sound better than it was for spending $25 for a regular size burrito and a drink. I would’ve thought it was going to be really satisfying and filling like chipotle. It was not and definitely not worth the price definitely choosing Loco wraps in the next plaza.

I stopped in today and was the only customer at the moment. While I was ordering, the manager stepped up right away to help me even though he had clearly been on a break working on inventory and eating his meal. In the middle of my order, a young man walked in, grabbed the manager’s food off the table, and walked out. Super bizarre.
But what really stood out to me was how calm, kind, and gracious the manager remained. Instead of causing a scene or getting upset, he simply tried to get the person’s attention and then chose to let it go, saying something along the lines of “I guess he was hungry.” In a situation that could’ve been stressful or even unsafe, he handled it with patience and compassion.
The whole experience made me appreciate the staff even more. They stayed professional, took great care of me, and kept a positive attitude despite something totally unexpected happening. I hope this review gives them a little encouragement!
I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the great service and for handling a strange moment with such grace.

Do NOT ever go here my friend ordered a normal small bowl and was supposed to be charged 15$ and was charged 17$ for a BBOX. They do not use fresh ingredients as their guacamole is sealed in a fridge and not made as one of the employees said as I saw him pull out a very revolting pack of guacamole he poured into the black container. And the thing about them charging my friend 15$ for 17$ instead? They could be doing that to anyone else around the island and most of the people on this island cant afford to lose money to a place you eat dog food out of. Please spread the word

This place is my new go to dinner and lunch spot. Large bowl with the steak, fills you up quick. Get the burrito sauce. Staffing issues have improved. Open till 9 (best part). Since Kona always closes early. Wouldn’t say cheap but fair prices best bang for your buck. Make sure you ask for an extra scoop of toppings if you want it. Staff was helpful but my first time I did not know theres unlimited toppings . Kitchen was also very clean.
I ve eaten here 5 times now quality of food and flavor has been consistent. I cant say the same for the staff but they are improving. However the older gentleman was super helpful and very friendly.I need to send a huge shout out to LOA always helpful and very nice. (Always gives good portions )
Over all I would say this a good addition to kona. I hope it stays in business.

The food is really good! Good portions and great taste, loved the pineapple salsa. Amazing customer service, everyone was friendly and they kept checking to see if the portion for each item that was being added to the bowl was enough.

So happy to find such a tasty, healthy & affordable place to eat in Kona with generous portions for burrito bowls & burritos. So many burger, pizza, or high-end beef & pork heavy places in town with little to no veggies. This place has delicious protein options for meat eaters (well-marinated chicken, pork, beef, fish), and pinto+black beans for vegetarians, tons of fresh veggies – including super fresh & flavorful guacamole, delicious salsas and signature sauces. This place is under new management by someone who takes a lot of pride in providing fresh, flavorful & healthy food for those who wanna go low carb, and those who wanna splurge. I’ll absolutely be coming back here on the regular! Thanks for opening this place!
