Howdy,
Having pizza from many locations across the west coast. JD’s is definitely on top of the list. You can taste the home made sauce and bread and fresh ingredients. Side note, did not expect to find pizza this good in the town, blew me away.

I placed an order to go via phone for a 12 inch Canadian bacon pizza with red sauce and plain dough. Very unique flavor with the cheese, sauce and dough/crust light almost pastry like. Reasonable prices. Next time I will try the pasta. Worth checking out.

Amazing pizza, we got the large bacon and pickle with garlic (we added pepperoni. the only thing I’d suggest is to mince the garlic, so you’re not getting whole cloves in 1 bite but amazing other wise amazing!!!

So, we did the NCW fair and we were famished. Walked into a quaint little spot on locust and smelled what they were cookin. We got a sausage, pep and olive and cherry pepper, carm onion, and chicken for an amqzing price. We would have taken pictures but it was gone so fast! The crust man…the crust. The best i have had. Chewy and crispy and flavorful. The topping were fresh and abundant. The cheese was absolutely perfect. The sauce had a nice kick, you can tell they put some thought into everything. I cant wait to try what else they have.
Edit: went back today and got the fire pizza. Holy crap was it good! Making my way down the list. Next is the honey bacon one. Keep up the great work you guys!

This pizza place is awesome! The pizza crust is somehow both crispy and fluffy, and the ingredients are awesome. I talked with the owner and was told me it takes 3 days to create this amazing crust. We had bacon, honey, parm, onion, Rosemary AND BBQ chicken pizza. Both of these were incredible. We will be coming back through Waterville in a few days and am looking forward to trying some of there other flavors.

The flavors are unique and amazing. Prices seem a little higher than other places like Pizza Hut, but they also seem to feed more people and they taste much better
