Absolutely love this pizzeria! The pizza is always delicious; fresh ingredients, great flavor, and perfectly cooked every time. The food is good but good lord they do NOT know how to cut the pizza, every pizza I get becomes a sloppy mess getting stuck to the paper with the cheese falling off, really need to teach the employees how to properly cut pizza, or find a way to not get the entire pizza stuck to the paper, then it rips off into little pieces stuck on the pizza, it’s sad because the food is quite good but not enough work put into anything else, honestly kind of gross how little work is actually put into cutting the pizza! It is a mess

First time customer, just moved into the neighborhood 2 weeks ago. This is the kind of pizza you get at a bowling alley upstate New York or somewhere in the Midwest. The cheese isn’t melted, the dough didn’t even rise. It’s just a sticky undercooked mess, and the bottom is slightly cracker like. It looks like one of those refrigerated pizza kits you find in the supermarket.

Service was good and fast! Food was delicious
Place looks nice and clean. Also there are many parking spaces at the shopping center where they are located.
As a Real estate agent I am always on the Rd so very convenient location.
I will definitely try them again if doing showings in the area. This place is close home and has become one of our favorite places.
Everybody in my family loves both the food and the service.
My husband loves the BBQ pizza,
My daughter loves cesar salad and penne a la vodka, the cheese garlic knots are delicious. They also offer event catering.

Paid $5.17 for a slice for chicken parm pizza slice on a Saturday early afternoon. Super disappointing. The chicken was fine but the sauce was totally lacking in flavor and the crust broke apart when I tried to fold it to eat. For a $5 slice, this is terrible – I would expect this of a slice of $2.50 or less. Just so lacking for Long Island pizza standards. The restaurant was clean when I took the food to go but there were a lot of boxes everywhere (not sure if this was a delivery day) and service was fine. We are from out of town so perhaps it was just a bad pie since it was only one visit, but it was disheartening.

I live in Selden for over 20 years and almost behind your backyard. but I’ve never been there . My taste buds were asking for home made pasta with meat sauce. I couldn’t find a home made past close enough which is disappointing. So I randomly and without knowing even your location decided to give you a shot. I was first impressed with how fast it arrived. Now knowing where you are it’s a given but still points in for that because it could have taken a long time.
And most importantly it was delicious. Although the pasta was not homemade you can tell the sauce was. So points on that. The pasta was also not overcooked! Points and points for that. Al dente is the right way! Even though it cooked a little more on its way, it had to have been cooked al dente to arrive not overly cooked ! I took 1 star off because I missed the Parmesan cheese. I should have asked but at the same time it should come with the dish. The price was also very reasonable and worth it. So with that said , I have high hopes for a long relationship as I don’t ever cook.

I would have taken a picture but I swallowed that garlic knot sliced so fast My goodness that was a good slice I highly recommend Zara’s pizza The owners are very nice Great customer service.. I got a chance to try one of their meatballs which was also very good including their house sauce. No matter where you live Zara’s Pizza is worth the drive I give them five stars across the board

Never really my place to go to, which is a shame cause its close to home. Ordered on Slice, got a pie and a small 12in chicken parm pie for the kids. Horrible, Horrible pizza. Place inside never has anything great as far as selection goes, ever. Pizza was like the kind you would get a Chucky Cheese.. wasnt even cooked all the way on both. Crust was as soft as the whole pie. Don’t know how this place does any business, but guess Im the fool and they got $27 from me. Zara deli that I guess also ownes this is awesome, wish they put as much effort into this place as well…
