So, I was actually really disappointed when I opened my box when I got home. I requested gravy, yet they gave me ranch. I requested ketchup, and got none. My bread was mixed in with the BBQ chicken and was absolutely ruined. The BBQ was also just laying across the bottom of the box, entangled in the plastic layering beneath. I tip, say please and thank you, and wait patiently without disruption, even though the franchise was not busy when I placed my order in the drive through. I’ll likely not return, as half of my box I can’t eat (bread and fries) due to the sauce getting everywhere.

I ordered Reese cup blizzards. First time they were given to me they was vanilla ice cream only. I returned them so they put a piece of Reese cup in the same vanilla ice cream which had thawed turned into milk. I park take them inside, they also returned the same 2 cups of milk. I have never bought blizzards that you can use a straw. $12.06 for 2 cups of milk. I am a frequent customer but never again.

I definitely wouldn’t eat here again. The staff is kinda hateful and it’s clear they aren’t happy working there even the managers obviously hate their job. The food is slightly over priced especially considering they rarely get my order right. The toast is always either soggy or old and hard there is literally no management and it shows. Anytime I’ve asked to talk to the head manager about something he’s not there. If I could post this review with negative stars I most definitely would.

Poor service and food. We we’re only passing through into Harlan but we definitely should’ve went somewhere else. The bathrooms smelled and the workers we’re rude. I was disappointed because this is the only DQ I’ve ever been to that needs work in many ways.

The quality of food and choices like onion rings and cheese curds is always excellent. So many choices of candies and cookies in blizzards keeps me coming back to try new stuff

This DQ grill and chill is located in a very small friendly town, the employee’s are friendly, very kind, professional and are willing to go above and beyond to help not only the customer but they’re coworkers as well. The food is delicious and always served just like the picture you’ll see on the menu board. I highly recommend the DQ restaurant.

Best food in Hyden. Their ice cream cakes are amazing. This place has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid and continues to be. Everytime you walk in there’s always a friendly (and sometimes familiar) face there and it just feels like family here.

This use to be a great restaurant but it seem’s to have been run into the ground. The cooks rarely do a good job and the waiters/waitresses are slow and obviously have little to no interest in doing their job to the best of their ability. The sewer smell makes it extremely difficult to stomach to eat in there and the ice cream is almost always melted. The burgers are typically falling apart and they rarely get the right condiments on it. This is an honest review and I sincerely hope someone can improve DQ as it use to be one of my favorite places to eat in hyden.

Other than my blizzard was not served upside down, the burger was cold and the fries were old. They did offer to heat it up. I was hoping for more of a re-serve. Cold food is old. They should have thrown it out and made another. I won’t be back. Could have been a one time thing but it won’t be me who tests it.
