People in there got attitudes very rude to customers. I did an online order before My sandwich was so disgusting when I received it mushy soggy top of the bread was burnt the sandwich just look disgusting. I really don’t see how they’re still open. They need to go under new management or something.

The two men working today on 1st shift on 12/16/2025 were meticulous and slow in making their sandwiches which i really liked to see….they didn’t slop it on but did it carefully like sandwich artists the way Subway used to do it…there just are not many people employed anymore who care to do it the old way…management sucks these days…but these guys gave me hope in fast food again…cause in general most suck these days and give u really low quality food and presentation…these guys today made it a show to watch…i enjoyed watching them make it…amazing. They need a raise! They were not the friendliest but they did their job.

I usually don’t eat Subway. I prefer Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s subs, but I was picking up a sandwich for someone who specifically wanted a tuna sub from Subway and that one was in the area, walked in, ordered the tuna sub, and guy walked out from the back of the shop with headphones and a hoodie on I ordered, and by the time he slid my sandwich down to the condiments area I see what I thought was sauce on the outside of the counter, but I realize when I saw it moving I literally saw a roach crawling on the counter near the salt and pepper shakers. I told the guy behind the counter. He acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying, and I said what is that crawling as I stepped back pointing at it and he picked up all three of the seasoned shakers and the roach was still crawling on the salt and pepper shaker. He flicked it off. I almost threw up on the counter. I left my sandwich there while he was still making it and walked out. I was totally disgusted.

Sandwich was all the way wrong. Employee lacked customer service skills. Tired of seeing people in masks behind the counter. Will NEVER return a this or any other subway again. Getting tired of being mistreated for money. Anyone else who reads this…dont go. Buy your own luncheon meat.

Worst service ever, dude sat on phone texting for 5 moves l minutes while I waited, created the worst piece of garbage 12.99 for complete garbage. The young lady offered to make me another after seeing the crap the guy made but I was there so long I couldn’t wait.. I will neve step for in that dump again.. all the veggies were gross.

Went in, asked if coupons were accepted—employee looked annoyed and said yes but only for certain sandwiches. He pointed vaguely, hid list behind register, was rude, unhelpful, and wore headphones, so I left without ordering.

On a wonderful day, this was THE WORST restaurant experience I have EVER had. Female employee was UNBELIEVABLY rude!!! – for NO REASON! I was ordering 6 foot longs for people on my job and she was extremely dry ( but I don’t so much mind that ) but I had more than 1 so she seemed irritated at that – to start. I had the written instructions for each order. One sandwich was a Philly cheesesteak. She asked what cheese ( which I thought they come with a standard type of cheese) I asked her to put whatever a cheesesteak usually comes with. She asked did I want sprinkle cheese ( which I was confused by) but I again said “ whatever is usually used”. She started snapping, and put cheddar and other sprinkle cheese- so I asked what’s the issue. You don’t have to take that tone on a beautiful Friday. She said “ I don’t care what day it is!” I replied “ it must be hard carrying so much negativity “. She proceeded to fire more attitude & with all the sandwiches on the counter- I said “ what am I doing- I’m not paying for sandwiches and definitely not attitude!!” Not to mention she was swiping on her phone WITH GLOVES ON WHILE making the sandwiches. I think she thought I couldn’t see – watch video if you have it owner! This store won’t be open much longer with this service. I went to a different location leaving the negativity where it came from and the other location was clean, had GREAT service and were actually happy to help. Give good energy/get good energy. This location at Shaker Town Center is one I- and no one I know will continue to support. Especially with 100% BETTER SERVICE not far up the street! I will be sure this information is spread effective IMMEDIATELY!! This experience was SHOCKINGLY disturbing with undeserved attitude and THE WORST SERVICE. She almost ruined a great mood! The owner needs to know this is what he/she has happening in their establishment when apparently they’re not there. This employee will cost you your business!!! She already wasted plenty of product as the 4 of the sandwiches were loaded with meat and that went to waste. Owner, what are you doing letting this type of employee run your business into the dirt?!? You ought to investigate and review criteria for quality employees. This lady is terrible for your business!!! I just cannot believe the experience! Fix it or just close and cut your losses!
