The new golden structure of the Oak Tree Bistro was erected on approximately six acres with 6,110 square feet of retail space at 5001 Adventist Boulevard, in Huntsville on the corner of Sparkman Drive and Adventist Boulevard. The store offers and array of vegan and vegetarian: breakfast sandwiches, savory paninis, Impossible & Beyond burgers and pizzas. We use produce grown on the Oakwood University campus, and local farmers to increase the variety of products available to its customers. The new Oakwood University Oak Tree Bistro offers healthy Vegan Farm Fresh Smoothies.

I love the people here! They are so warm, friendly and helpful. Earlier today, I ordered a vegan pizza with certain ingredients, but when I arrived and noticed the lack of ingredients, ome sweet, sincere employee in the cafe made me a whole separate one free. Plus, one manager provided me a treat of getting a free vegan jerky after trying to cancel a soup from my doordash menu. Love them!
I am shocked that today was the 2nd time that after trying to order a vegan pizza with vegan cheese the vegan cheese was not listed on there unlike before as very inconvenient and poor service. By the time I got there to pick up my pizza noticed it was real cheese on pizza rather than vegan cheese and I tried calling the store three different times but no one picked up as very frustrating? This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed as various people have strict allergies and the vegan cheese option needs to be on the Doordash like has before as no need to come all the way and it something else. Ms. Chester was very kind and helpful.

The Wham sandwiches!! This is a taste from the past, and it’s the best thing they make!! Please keep them coming! The vegan cheese is better as well!
They also have really delicious vegan chicken salad sandwiches that are absolutely delightful on a hot day. That Wham, though!! I’m reminded of Garden Cove Produce’s kingly sandwiches.

This place is delicious. I ordered a vegan pizza with pepperoni and it was so tasty. It taste like the real deal. The cheese was very “gooey” but its still good. Definitely would reccomend this place ! Thank you for the wonderful meal
