They almost killed me…with the portion size and delicious poke! So glad we found this place, definitely going back again. Not only amazing food and options but really friendly staff as well. Their sushi options semi pretty epic as well. Worth the drive for us to enjoy food that leaves us smiling (and gasping for air…seriously I was STUFFED!). Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Food is on point! I def miss the poke bowls from hawaii and florida but so far Tokyroll at this location has made really fresh and delicious bowls. The menu has a very wide selection and options. Crisp and Fresh ingredients, very friendly and educated staff. I did not feel any discriminatory or condescending treatment coming from them at all.
Will definitely be coming and I hope it is consistently good and with an awesome staff.
I only think the vibe could do a bit better, and maybe expand the ingredient list and add dessert. ( But I understand, the majority of oregon is not diverse and so are the taste buds) as someone that has been to big cities, i miss the poke bowls with more sauce flavors, more toppings like watermelon radish, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, hijiki seaweed, red onion, masago, octopus, scallops, daikon radish, etc.
But I get it, this state is more of a diner food, bbq and clam chowder type of place lol.

Very impressed with this place. The people working there were very nice and thoughtful. I chose a combination of sauces and they gave me extra on the side just to be sure it was how I wanted it. All of the ingredients were fresh and good quality. The Mango was the perfect ripeness. The portion was huge! If you are looking for some good healthy food this is the spot.

This is my new favorite Poke bowl place in town! The portion sizes were fantastic and everything was extremely fresh! Nothing felt like it came out of the freezer or was hastily prepared. There definitely put time, attention, and care into my order. I highly recommend the Ahi tuna and go nuts with the toppings! The man and woman working were so incredibly kind and patient. They made sure that we had everything we needed and even sent us home with extra sauces.

Tokyroll – A Hidden Gem in Salem!
I stopped by Tokyroll and was seriously impressed with everything I ordered. Here’s the rundown:
Sesame Balls – Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft, chewy inside. The sweetness was just right—comfort food at its best.
Cream cheese Puffs – Light, crispy, and stuffed with creamy filling. Not greasy at all, and super satisfying.
Fried Shrimp – Golden, crunchy, and not overdone. The shrimp stayed juicy and the batter had great flavor.
Gyoza – Pan-fried just right with a flavorful, savory filling. Loved the dipping sauce that came with it too.
Poke Bowls – Fresh, colorful, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients—great balance of textures and toppings.
Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and fast, and the place had a clean, cozy vibe. Definitely my new go-to for casual sushi and snacks in Salem. Highly recommend!

Toky Roll has the best bang for buck sushi around. Their quality is very high and the price moderate, especially for sushi. The couple that works here is incredibly friendly and hardworking. One time, they forgot my drink (which I don’t even remember ordering) and the next time I came in they recognized me and made amends. Not something you’d expect from a takeout restaurant!

This place was amazing! I read the other rave reviews and that of course brought me in but what is going to keep me coming back is the friendly and kind staff, the big portions, and quality of the food. You have to come here! If you get pretty full with an average portion, I would advise half rice/half salad. Also their fried jalapeño are so nice and airy, not greasy at all.
