My beef curry was small and with no taste of curry. My plate cost $13, and my child’s (a different food truck) plate cost $5. I realize this is a new business with a learning curve, I plan to go back and hope for the best.

Glad to find authentic Burmese Food in small town. Amazingly delicious! We tried everything from the place and I love chicken coconut noodle soup and potatoes salad. Good portion size! We will go back for sure.

Chicken soup is made with spaghetti noodles, about 2 cups of soup for $12. Half of the quantity what I would expect for a meal. The shredded chicken was plain and acceptable. The chili oil was good in quality and amount. They didn’t ask for a level and felt like a 3/10. Otherwise unremarkable.
The beef and potato was small with excessive crust. I was expecting an airy pastry based on the photo and was more of a third of a pop-tart. The content was decent. Seemed to be made on-site, frozen, and reheated.
I spent $19 with a modest tip and had to eat a second dinner.

So amazing. The pork curry was the best curry I’ve had in a long time, served with these awesome cabbage potatoes, I’ve never had anything like it, and the sauce, to die for. The man who helped us was kind and informative, and he gavevus a sample of some burmese chicken noodle soup. Epic. I’ll be back to bring my family

The good/great: food tastes INCREDIBLE. Man working the counter was very friendly and gave good recommendations on how to pair the foods you ordered. Service is 10/10
The bad: portion sizes are TINY for the price. I get that everything is expensive nowadays but either the portion needs to be larger or the price should go down
Edit: portion sizes are now bigger!! Full 5 stars

Soooo stinking good. Everything was spiced to perfection, and I would go back to try the rest of the menu in a heartbeat. It’s so nice to have a food truck with such unique offerings in Corvallis.

I’m Burmese and my fam ate here with me and I’m so surprised how on spot the flavors are! Literally tastes like my grandmas cooking. Coconut noodle soup was like a recreation of my home cooked soup wheat noodles and everything~ feels like home .
