The best pizza store in the city. The staff is very friendly and the store looks stunning as it got remodeled recently. Plenty of parking and less wait time compared to other locations. They also have large private party room for gatherings.

when your phone in an order .. you EXPECT to pick it up at the time INDICATED BY THEMSELVES!!! .. not just started when the customer pays?! as much as I love mountain Mike’s pizza for years; this particular franchise location has little to be desired when it comes to customer service .. not only placing the order on the phone was aggravating enough due to the gentleman that has speaking/understanding English comprehension (heavy Middle Eastern accent) .. I said “ONE SINGLE XL PIZZA ..”-HIS INTERPRETATION? – “THAT WOULD BE 2 DOUBLE XL PIZZA AND IT WOULD BE READY IN 20 MINUTES” .. THE PLACE IS HARDLY BUSY AND OTHERS ARE FORCED TO WAIT AS WELL FOR THEIR ORDERS .. The girl working behind the counter must be the same person rolling the dough I suspect .. she actually seemed surprised that I came in to pick up my order .. then her facial expression turn to annoyed and stressed .. I mean do they need to hire more staffing and/or training in the proper customer service etiquette?! not even an enthusiastic smile to greet the customers when they walk through the door .. mountain Mike corporate needs to do some better vetting of their franchisees and not accept everybody that can simply offer up capital to start one .. some people just aren’t cut out for customer service and or the food service industry … pretty disappointing experience to say the least …

Best thin crust pizza I’ve had & on my first time coming here, I say it was worth every penny! Watched the all-star game at a booth & enjoyed everything. Self-serve fountain drinks, casual & comfortable. Service was good, not too slow. So glad to have a new great pizza place close to home. Recommend to anyone in the mood for it anytime!

I already threw it out but I noticed a hair in my pizza after 8 of 10 slices were eaten. This was my first and last time at this location and possibly all mountain mikes because I had the same experience with the Union City location on Dyer.

Quality and service has gotten worse over the years. Every pizza I get from this mountain mikes barely has any toppings on it. Not sure why they’re being skimpy when we’re not paying a skimpy price.

Expect to spend $28 minimum for a simple two topping large pizza. And that’s “after the coupon.” This cost just means I go here even less often. Getting close to 1-2 times a year because the cost is stupid expensive
