This was our first time here, and we would definitely go back. The prices were really good. We got a box of pretzels, a pretzel dog, 3 dipping sauces, and 2 Frozen Mango Lemonades for under $15. Personally, we don’t like a lot of pretzel salt, so we did scrape most of it off before eating them. The lemonades were really good. The young man who handled our order was very friendly. Definitely give it a try if you’re in the area.

So today is my birthday I was out driving by the Philly pretzel factory and was wanting a pretzel I pulled in the parking lot and oh geez they just closed and the gentleman who closed had some extra pretzels and was kind enough to give us a few and some steak bites very awesome and I’m thankful what an awesome dude I didn’t catch his name but I recommend going there if you want a pretzel they were very good and we had some cheesesteak bites that were awesome as well thanks again

Wanted to get a couple of pretzels and after I placed my order I realized I did not have my wallet. Jay was serving me and he gave me the pretzels free of charge. My wife was hosting a party today and ordered a party tray of pretzel nuggets ahead of time. When I went to go pick them up, I didn’t realize I showed up a few minutes after they already closed.
