My fiancé did a mobile order today cause we had to pick up prescriptions next door. The restaurant was extremely busy. Drive thru was packed and inside was as well. Employees were so helpful and pleasant despite how busy they were. When he went in to pick up the order not every customer was kind to them and they still handled themselves so admirably. The snow storm has brought out the best and worst of us. Thank you for being part of the best !

I visited this location on the evening of October 7, 2025, and it was hands down the most unprofessional McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. After sitting through an outrageously long drive-thru line, I was finally met with a cold, unwelcoming employee. When I asked to speak with the manager, things went from bad to worse. The manager on duty (white male with glasses, around 8 PM) was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unfit for a customer-facing role.
Despite placing an order over $50, I was told I could only receive one sauce unless I paid extra – a ridiculous and inconsistent policy that feels like it depends on staff mood rather than any real standard. When I raised the issue politely, I was met with attitude and zero accountability. I ultimately cancelled the entire order due to the blatant disrespect, though I kept the fries for my kids – which turned out to be cold, stale, and nearly inedible.
This location is a disaster – poorly managed, customer-hostile, and apparently proud of it. From inconsistent policies to disrespectful staff, it’s clear this store operates far below even basic standards. Judging by the number of similar complaints in the reviews, this isn’t an isolated case – it’s a pattern.
Avoid this location if you expect decent service, quality food, or to be treated like a human being.

Fries where hard as a rock and cold manager did seem to care. When I told him I was not satisfied he tried give give me a coupon like really I wanted fresh fries but he didn’t respond and a young lady was putting her hands all on her lower back fixing her under pants then go fix fries with no gloves on and I told manager who actually waited on me and took his break and ate his food across from me in dinning room sad when mangers don’t run the business correctly that’s the outcome I am very unhappy at this location I also work for the health department in Rhode Island

I wanted an egg sandwich. I waited in line a WHILE before a guy working there came over to “help whoevers next”…. but a man standing behind me jumped forward was like, “im waiting for my order???”….. the worker helped that guy/ vanished/to the back….

Lemme tell you… Dunkin’s drive thru was POPPIN and they had my order taken AND FILLED in less than 2 minutes.

I ordered 2 mcdoubles only extra onion. They didn’t even have the normal amount of onions never mind the extra… gave them another try today a year later and they still can’t get stuff correct. I ordered an ice coffee got an ice tea with cream an sugar. Corporate needs to get involved with this store. People are paying good money for the convenience of McDonald’s the least they could do is make it correct

Ordered on the app and it claimed there was an “error” in the payment method but had 0 problem with taking the money out, and when i called the resturant attempting to rectify the issue i was met with an error signal repeatedly. this is the second time in the past month i have had an issue ordering from this location.

Lousy everything. Order 6-piece nuggets – box says 6, they give you 4. Lousy service and always a long line at the drive through. Keep driving by. Don’t bother. Hate this McDonald’s!! Don’t do online orders either. They always mess them up.
