Gravity sourdough pizza is crafted from our 200-year-old starter and the finest flour. Our dough is cold-fermented for 48 hours to develop the perfect texture and sourdough flavor. We then top our pizzas with our scratch sauces and high-quality ingredients. We finish off our pies in our ovens at 800ºF. Our pizzas are light and pillowy, with the perfect crunch and a nice amount of chew. The sourdough flavor is present but not overpowering making it perfect for pizza lovers of all kinds!

This is one of my favorite pizzas in Charlotte! Great flavor and love the pepperoni’s they use! Cheesebread is definitely worth getting too, really good!
Not a ton of seating inside, but they have some places outside too. Parking can be a bit of a pain. They have self serve water station which I always love. Definitely worth checking out!

I know a little birdie will tell you some the best pizza in town is down the street but Gravity stands it’s ground. Exceptional flavor across their pizza and cheese sticks. The tommy boy hits all the right spots. It’s hard to beat a high quality pizza with hot honey. It played great with the ricotta and greens. Cupped pepperoni to top it off. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend eating here. The dine in options are very limited so prepare your trip if you want to sit inside. Their carryout shelf stayed full. They were putting pizzas out constantly and I can see why.

Gravity Sourdough Pizza has ruined any other pizza for me (in the best way!) The Tommy Boy is the absolute best! All of the toppings complement each other so well. The parmesan fries are also delicious and great if you’re visiting Camp North End looking for a lighter snack.

This pizza was to die for, and is a close match to New York Style Pizza! If you love Parmesan cheese, you will love this place, as this place gives you a generous amount of it! The sauces are out of this world, and you can tell that the pizza is well-thought out, as it is filled with tons of flavor all over the place.

I tried gravity sourdough pizza for the first time today as I found this place on TikTok and it was most definitely worth the hype! I got the Tommy boy pizza (replaced pepperoni with chicken) and it was so good! I really loved the freshness of the pizza which is so rare nowadays and the ingredients were so good! I highly recommend this spot. Added bonus is the music and the vibe of the spot is so good too.

They crushed it! We’ve been excited to try a Gravity Pizza & experience their signature sourdough crust. First of all the staff was helpful & the service was great. The atmosphere is a whole vibe but has a warmth to it. They have great indoor & outdoor seating. When it comes to the pizza, the crust was light & puffed to perfection. It had a little pull to it, but was crunchy at the same time. We got the Tommy Boy which was delicious. They’ve mastered pizza!

The pizza looks pretty but it was just alright taste-wise. We ordered in person and they told us it would take 30 minutes, but it ended up being almost an hour wait. It was a Wednesday night – no big event going on. We came here because we like that it’s sourdough crust. My biggest complaint is that the pizza I ordered says it has caramelized onions on the menu, but these onions were basically raw. The pizza is sort of a Neapolitan style so it’s floppy and the bottom has some char. It’s a pass for me overall.
