Spent 5 minutes at the counter attempting to pay while also using a reward linked to my account. I was asked multiple times to scan the reward on my phone and when that didn’t work help was asked to step in. My order was rang in a different way then I was asked to scan my reward again. After 2 more times of scanning it I was asked to tap my phone for payment. I did so, then the cashier said “wait too early”, even though my bank app popped up with a $16 payment (with the reward my bill should have been $8). They then asked me to tap my phone again and because other customers were noticeably annoyed, I tapped my phone again for the $8 amount. Since then both transactions have cleared with my bank. Disappointed to say the least, my $8 dinner turned into a $24 one.

Food has been good no complaints there.

I don’t understand the locations that have the pickup racks in clear view but don’t use them. This is one of those places and I sat for 5 minutes before asking about my order turns out it was ready just no way of knowing.

Seriously just remove the racks if you don’t use them and make a pickup counter and sign

I used to drive to the location in Salem because a year or two ago this location was sub par.

But man, they got back on track. I dont know if it was new management, different staff, team building. Whatever happened over the past year or two has been a game changer. Thank you guys, keep doing great work

And side note: I know this is probably a corporate thing but please let me leave a tip on a card for the workers. I see a lot of hard work and hustle and would really appreciate the option to leave a little extra

I am utterly disappointed with my recent visits to this Chipotle location, which is hands down one of the dirtiest and slowest I have ever encountered. Each time I’ve been here, my order has been significantly delayed. The staff seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than managing the growing line of waiting customers. The lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service at this location is alarming and completely unacceptable.This place desperately needs a management overhaul and a serious commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ordered through doordash and what I got was what would resemble what a five year old child’s portions would be. Im not spending my hard earned money on a plate fit for a child. I then had to make another meal cause of the portions of food I was served would not fill me. Either learn how to serve bigger portions or fear the backlash of loss of customers.

Our online order was 45 minutes late. After being told we could not cancel our order, we waited. Once they finally got to ours, they had run out of chips. We had ordered three bags, did not receive any, and were not refunded. Additionally, the business was filthy, with trash everywhere. All barrels were completely full with trash overflowing everywhere onto the floor. Never again for any Chipotle after this. This was beyond unacceptable.

Service was okay. Heard the f-bomb. One staff member was polite about answering my questions about facemask policy. If you are fully vaccinated, you don’t have to wear on. If the place is crowded, you do.
I ordered chicken tacos and a bottled tea and I got lemonade instead. They also forgot to add salsa. I was in a hurry so I didn’t go back in to correct the order. Tacos tasted okay. Needed utensils. They will give you utensils if you ask . I saw a customer receive a set.

Worst services ever! Right now there are more than 20 person waiting for orders. Spoke with a customer who did the order online and have been waiting 40 minutes plus the employees were fighting between them. There is no manager here, Never!!!!!Their online system fir orders is a mess! Actually is berter and quick if you do the line
