I wanted Wendy’s for breakfast this morning, they did not disappoint! Very good and satisfying sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. The kid at the drive through was very nice, efficient and thoughtful.
Update. I went for dinner and never again. The chicken nuggets were dry and hard. The fries were dry and hard too. Terrible! I didn’t eat my entire meal. Tables were dirty.

Stop scamming on French fries. $5 for a large fry, you didn’t even fill up enough to cover a medium. You people constantly forget items, rarely get an order right, and now just scamming. Worst Wendy’s location I’ve seen

Same as what others have said;
~ Both the 2 orders of large fries the container was only about 1/4 full!!
~ Fries cold: was cooked an hour ago and then they were done, someone put them in the refrigerator. Very Cold!!
~ The meat on both hamburgers was cold (same temperature as the fries) and
~ the hamburger was brown on the outside but RAW inside. Yuck!!
** At least 1 thing was warm and almost to the point of being hot… unfortunately it was the medium coke. The ice in it BaReLy lasted in the cup on the way to the car….but even with the melted ice in the cup it still was very warm…like a coffee.
Luckily we decided to eat in the car because we only had 1 or 2 sips of both pops and Noticed That The Cups Was Starting to Fall Apart with the hot coke in it!!
This was the 2nd time at this particular location and the time was there before, had the same problems. Food that should be hot was cold, the cold food was hot and an incomplete ordering.
We will go to the other 2 Wendy’s in town and the ones in the surrounding area but this one should be permanently closed or at least temporary closed and RE-TRAIN EVERYONE that works there, Including the manager and the supervisors, how to prepare the food properly AND per Heath Codes before anyone gets sick and has to go to the hospital!!

The woman cashier yelled at me today when she saw I went to pay in cash. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The floor was also very dirty and I have come here many times and it’s usually always dirty which is unfortunate. Food is always 50/50 chance weather it’ll be good or not. Prices are just absurd these days, thought fast food was supposed to be cheap but somehow always spend a fortune here at Wendy’s even when trying to order cheap. Used to love Wendy’s, sad it has gone downhill this much.

I ordered a single meal and a triple meal. Had toppings we asked not to have on there, the triple was only 2 patties, fries were half empty and the entire meal was cold. I got this from the drive thru later at night and took about 6 minutes at the window of waiting. Very disappointed with the service there. Twice now they have gotten the order wrong or forgot a entire burger.

Ordered a large fry and 10 piece spicy nuggets. You give me a half full cold fry and 9 regular nuggets…? Ever since the old mgr left; this place has gone to the bottom of local Wendy’s locations. So ridiculous

This is the second worst location in the area. They always take forever and I’m either always missing an item or the food is so gross it’s inedible. I knew I should have skipped it today but I was exhausted and it’s one of the few drive thrus on my way home from work. Extremely obnoxious. The girl working was smiling and laughing and having a blast though so that’s good I guess.

This Wendy’s location used to be really good. Service, food quality, and cleanliness have dropped way off. Ordered and ate inside. Stood behind one customer at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes to place my order. That customer placed two separate orders for chicken nuggets and a drink using cash. Employee at the register was in slow motion. How could this take so long? The ketchup dispenser was empty. The self service Coke soda dispenser was out of several drinks. Went to the counter to get ketchup. Several employees just looked at me and didn’t ask if I needed help. Wow! Tables were dirty, nobody cleaning them. Mens room needed cleaning. Customers and employees can’t properly wash their hands in the mens room. The water sensor on the sink turns water on for about 2 seconds and shuts off… this is a big problem.

Check your food orders always wrong lately. Girl on front can’t get anything rite. The manager is not very friendly or helpful unless they forgot to charge you for cheese then she’s all over it. Save your self the trouble and go to the one on buffalo rd you will get way better service.

Was great when it opened. Quickly turned into the same as the other two Wendy’s in Greece. Constantly out of everything, can’t pay unless you have exact change. No napkins. And please tell me how this is a $5 large fry, 1/4th of full. Did not eat one fry and this is what I paid $5 for?
