Overall great place to eat at and enjoy some good food. Staff were super friendly and made sure we wanted for nothing. Presentation of everything and flavors were great. Every thing was decently priced for the serving size as well. Overall great experience and will definitely be a new favorite spot.

We came to Sushi Hub around 5:30 pm and at first it was nice and quiet with just a couple of tables. I had a couple of Sapporo beers, and we started with appetizers such as the the chicken karaage and spicy edamame which was the favorite at our table!! We ordered four rolls and a ramen bowl to share, all fresh and flavorful. Partway through, Ua the owner stopped by to say hello and even let us try one of his new sakes that personal touch really made the meal feel special!!!! By the time we finished, the place had filled up and was buzzing for a Thursday night, which felt like a good sign. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Definitely a spot I’ll recommend to friends.

My daughter and I were looking for a sushi place. Our favorite place was closed and we’re actually glad that it was. We looked around and located sushi hub. The reviews were great. We went inside and our waitress Amy was super kind and patient. The sushi was amazing! We had a great dinner here together. We will definitely be back. We have a new favorite sushi place.

We were in stockton and was hungry for some sushi so, we decided to go to Sushi Hub. We order a lot of rolls and even got an order of oysters (sorry forgot to take picture) but it was good. Excellent customer service and food was delicious. We recommend going again. I will be taking my family again when I am in town. Pictures don’t do justice got to go try for yourself. I’ve been to Sushi Hub twice now and all I gotta say is, “Dang it! I love everything about the place! From the food to the service to the people!” The place is very clean as well. Chef is awesome with his creative presentations of certain sushi rolls! I haven’t tried everything yet but I am positive ima love them all!
P.S. I am pretty picky when it comes to food. Not necessarily what type of food but flavor, texture, portions and presentation.

Had an amazing experience today! We’ve never been to Stockton but we stopped for a quick lunch to wrap up a long weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by a relaxing environment, delicious and quality food and quick and friendly service. We sat at the bar and had the chef make us a surprise roll along with the Stockton Roll and Mt Fuji Roll that he mentioned were community favorites. It was all amazing and then was surprised with fried ice cream roll! It was the perfect lunch to wrap up our weekend.

Had the most amazing delicious and beautiful rolls here. We ordered ramen, two rolls, jalapeno poppers and it all came out super quick and fresh. I would definitely recommend and this is my next go to place

Great experience. The service and presentation was spot on. A delightful hidden gem that delivered a wonderful night out. Our son enjoyed the kids meal which is pretty good for a three year old. Just when we didn’t think it could get anybetter we were treated to a wonderful desert. We will definitely be back for dates and family outing.
