There isn’t a lot of seating here so on the busy days it can get kind of crowded with no where to wait inside. However, the manager was training a new hire and I couldn’t even tell she was new! I had to wait a long time for my order but it was a larger order and there were only 2 people working so I didn’t mind too much. They were friendly and welcoming and my order was perfect! Also this location is VERY clean!!

So basically they gave me a bag of grease! I placed a carry – out order online during lunch. This location is 11 minutes away from my job. By the time I got back to work, I sat down to eat,and this is what the bag looked like. They didn’t even bother to drain the oil off of my wings. I didn’t eat the wings but I ate the fries and enjoyed my drink. $14.50 was definitely not worth it.

When I first came here when they first opened the food was great me and my daughter always ate here this year not so great. I decided to give them another try after driving 35 minutes to Ponte Vedra wingstop which is the GOAT, WORST experience ever will never eat here again.

I always order from wingstop and the other day I ordered they gave me the wrong order. Didn’t notice until 20 minutes after I got home. I had my receipt and pics of wings and the tickets that was on my order and the wings had someone else name on it that was a DoorDash. I called and called but no answer so 2 days later I tried to get my order replaced with the pics of my order they messed up on and they told me in order for them to replace my order I have to have the wings. Let me start off by saying I love wing stop I go there all the time. This was my first time going to this location it was the closest to my job. I will NEVER go back to this location again. My wings and fries were so nasty. The sauce for my fries were barely tossed in the sauce, small wings, and the fries were the worse the grease was so old to the point my fries were not even edible plus they were burnt. The only decent item was the lemonade. Due to me being on my lunch break and limited for time I couldn’t get my refund like I would have liked. I did say something to the girl and she stated that there was nothing wrong with the fries. I just want my money back at this point!!! I would give this place 0 starts if it was possible.

Horrible food. After picking up my order and making it home, the wings were unseasoned and half cooked. Called the manager and I was told that there is nothing that they could do for me… Never again wingstop ♂️

Order was ready when I arrived tonight 7.20.25.
I overheard the guy (with locs (seemed to be a manager, if not he was definitely leading the shift)) asking one of the individuals cooking to give him fresh fries for one of the orders… (wasn’t mine, (mine were still hot though)), anyway, I appreciated that bc …that told me he cared about the quality of the food.
I was treated with kindness.
My order was correct and
good as always. ✅
