The food is Authentic in delicious… ISO far I had the pork sandwich and I have also had the Cuban sandwich. The motor rice is my favorite and it is delicious. You can order that with a plate of shredded pork which I would highly recommend. They also offer spaghetti and pizza. This is a old school cuban cafe , set up. Very Simple. Tamarack , if you’re looking for official cuban food , you should definitely come here… next, am I coming here?I am definitely trying the ropaja vahi with motto rice. Delicious food .

Wow!! This is a local spot near my home in Tamarac. YAY! I ordered the roasted pork cause if they make it good everything else has to be good! And wow! It’s really good. Even comes with “cuero” baked to PERFECTION. If I don’t stop picking at it I can’t add a pic! I also ordered red bean soup which tastes like I make at home. Definitely going back to try other meals.

The place was very clean and decorated for Christmas! We were early for dinner, so the place was quiet. The food was VERY good. It was a lovely surprise. Across the street from the Fairfield Inn and Suites Northwest side of Ft. Lauderdale.

What I got was really good and very fresh , I order 2 empandas de carne, 4 croquetas de jamon , and 2 Pastelitos de Guba and cheese . All were really good and make sure you get that clintro sauce , that sauce is fire . Best Cuban spot in the area by far . Also the older lady that was there is very kind and very friendly.

I absolutely loved my visit to La Viña Cuban Cafe! I ordered the vaca frita and was blown away — crispy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and the onions added a nice punch. The rice and beans that came alongside were equally impressive: hearty, well-cooked, and full of authentic Cuban flavor. On top of the delicious food, the prices were very reasonable — affordable without sacrificing taste or portion size. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I definitely plan to return soon. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great Cuban cuisine done right!

Wow! Real Cuban cuisine. Affordable. Great tasting food. I have used La vina for large catering orders and they never disappoint. The service is excellent and whenever I’m in the area I stop in for a quick bite and to see what’s new on the menu. Place is impeccably clean too. 5 stars!

Incredible Cuban spot hiding in plain sight.
La Viña is a 5-month-old Cuban café in a worn strip mall in Tamarac, and it’s already one of the best I’ve found in South Florida.
They roast their own pork, bake their own Cuban bread (both round and loaf), and make everything from scratch — including croquetas, empanadas, flan, and bread pudding.
The pan con lechón is outstanding: tender, flavorful pork piled high with onions on fresh bread, plus a slab of crispy chicharrón. It’s a huge sandwich with fries or tostones for just $10.75. Easily the best I’ve had west of 95 — maybe better than anything on Calle Ocho.
Croquetas are excellent — creamy, not starchy — and the passion fruit shake (batido) was cold, creamy, and perfect with the sandwich.
Friendly service, generous portions, and real attention to quality. This place is a gem.
