The service is not good here. If you try to customize your drink they will make it how they want to anyways and give you an attitude if you address it. I was nice and kind while customizing my order only for the cashier to rush me and still make my drink wrong. I would only come here for stabdard orders that no one can mess up. Poor customer service, there’s no patience here.

First time I’ve gone into a Dunkin establishment and seen the donut display with almost no donuts. Keep in mind I walked in at 7am not closing. Super suspect which means they either had the craziest rush an hour before I arrived OR they’re using up previous days donuts before bringing out fresh ones. Regardless a bad look and I wouldn’t be returning to this location. Highly recommend skipping this one, it would be worth it.

Store is really clean. I ordered loaded hashbrowns with extra cheese and no bacon because I can’t eat bacon. I ended up getting bacon, so I asked for them to remake it to which they did without bacon this time but now it was chipotle loaded, and no queso. Customer service worker was to busy on talking on the phone in front of customers which is probably why he continued to get my order wrong

I ordered an ice coffee from door dash and Dunkin forgot my straw. This is the third time this happened. The food is greasy and the worst food you can buy (I don’t recommend the eggs. The donuts and hash browns are decent though).

Used app to order ahead, Texas toast sandwich, 2 chocolate frosted donuts and large hot coffee. Order was quickly finished by the time I walked in. Order was correct, donuts fresh, sandwich was hot and coffee was hot. Staff was busy but they were handing the drive through and mobile orders fine. I read reviews before I ordered and maybe more people that have issues make reviews than those that don’t have issues.

I ordered ahead and got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, but was disappointed to find that I received a
triple sausage croissant that had multiple hairs on it once I was able to open it. Won’t be going back to this location.

For some odd reason, there was a hold up. Then to top it off, I get to the window and they somehow didn’t know the other half of my order. However, this isn’t a negative feedback post. I am happy to say, for my inconvenience, they upgraded my coffee and delivered with a smile. I didn’t even have to say anything –thanks Dunkin. 🙂 Excellent customer service!
