I love Asian-cuisine and The Bōl did not disappoint at all! This place is a blend of Chinese and Vietnamese dishes and the food is great quality for the price you’re paying. Located inside the Hard Rock Hollywood, the atmosphere is cozy, with dim lighting. Our waitress was prompt and very knowledgable of the menu items with great recommendations. The Hibiscus Margarita was refreshing. The soup came as a huge serving and I was not able to finish it all, but it was delicious. Overall our experience was fantastic and we will definitely be returning!

Had a nice lunch at this place. It’s on the outside perimeter of the casino with some tables and bar seating. I sat at the bar. was greeted by the server. I ordered the steamed shrimp dumplings and the duck bao buns. Both were quite good. The dumplings were soft and chewy. The buns we’re soft with some crispy duck skin inside and duck meat. Both came with dipping sauces.

Extremely disappointing experience.
My pho came out cold with strange, overly fatty meat that honestly didn’t look right. When I brought it up, instead of making a fresh bowl, they took the SAME one back and simply reheated it. That’s unacceptable. If food is served cold and questionable, you remake it properly. Period.
What made it worse was the manager’s behavior. Instead of taking accountability, he lied about it being freshly made and then had the audacity to throw in my face that I “ate all the broth anyway.” For context, I had been fasting all day for Ramadan. After fasting, you’re hungry. That doesn’t excuse serving low-quality food or reheating a returned dish.
The manager was toxic, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No apology. No solution. Just attitude.
If you value honesty, food safety, and basic customer respect, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Hostess called me after about 20mins of waiting, 3 calls within 2 minutes, due to the noise in casino i saw the missed call, but by the time we get there after 5 mins, they gave our table away and complained to me that i didn’t pick up their calls. Waited about 20mins for our food, dishes were salty, chicken were red and uncooked. No sauce came out with the salty pho we ordered, had to ask multiple times for them. Not saying for sure that from their food but both me and my fiancée had the runs the next day as we shared the same food. Will not be coming back to this location. The BOL in Hardrock casino is much better in everything.

Every time my dad and I eat there our food is never right. This past week our order was completely messed up and got a bill for $83.00 this is our last time eating there. It’s not about the $83.00 but eating what we didn’t order. The last time I ordered asparagus and mushrooms with the gravy and rice. It was completely dry no gravy. I will stick to the places that can take and order correctly like the Deli and Sunset Grill and that can give you what you expect to eat. I wish my dad would have let me speak to the mgr but he just wanted to leave. No drinks just coke and an unsweetened tea. ISSUES WERE ATTENDED. Thank you Patricia

Today I had lunch at the Bol with my family and the food and the service was phenomenal. We usually get Monse as our server and she always gives the best recommendations and makes sure we are accommodated. I went with a friend to Coconut Creek Casino for the $50k giveaway and we grabbed dinner at The BOL. The interior was cool and the staff members were very nice. We split the BBQ ribs and the steamed dumplings. They were both good. The prices were reasonable too. It’s a great ace for a quick bite if your at the casino.

Food was below average and a complete disappointment. Service was slow even though the restaurant was almost empty, with only two other parties inside for a total of 5 people. Our group of three waited awkwardly for the waitress long after the hostess handed us our menus, and two guests seated next to us ended up leaving because no one ever came to their table.

Although the waitress and food runner were pleasant, we constantly had to wait for our waitress and had to ask several times for someone to call her, which was ver aggravating.
