So I’ve been to a lot of places eating tons of hot dogs and always had a gripe somewhere. This place literally not… one bread was soft. Hot dog was amazingly not boiled but still firm. Chili and cheese were perfect proportions and toppings of mustard and onions or put on the bottom so they didn’t stick to the top or fall off. Brilliant execution of what a chili dog should truly be
