My wife wanted a evening Carmel macchiato and I decided to get a venti Carmel ribbon crunch with two shots to drink the next morning.Her drink was fine. I put mine in the refrigerator for the next day. Didn’t touch it. Did not drink any of it. When I took it out this morning the word cream had lost its body which I knew it would but I realized just how much whip it actually got. My drink isn’t full and my two shots are not in it. I can’t taste the espresso like I normally can. Disappointed. This is why I don’t like Star bucks. If you order it without the whip cream the drink is all the way to the top. So what if you order it with the whip they short you the drink amount? Not going back.

This location is a walk up or drive thru only location. Had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Yummy. The staff is very friendly. There are no seating at all at this location. There are no trash containers outside either. I went back to the window and they happily accepted my trash. Since I walked up I wish they had at least a bench to sit down while I enoyed my sandwich. Will be back.

When placing my order soon as they hear my voice and they know it’s me. Customer service is always good, service is fast, and everyone is friendly here. I went to this location for the first time today, at about 5:40am. I’ve had a difficult week and the cashier, (I apologize if that’s not the title) was AMAZING. She had a conversation with me while I waited for my drink. She has great energy and is so kind and caring. I left there feeling great, and with a boost of energy thanks to her. My drink was also well made. I go to many different locations, and this one by far, was the best experience in a long time.
Please tell her that I really appreciate her and to never change her ways.

The art of customer service has been lost on many. This Starbucks is literally the best one I’ve went to in this town and I go to Starbucks every morning. They always have my order correct and their service is exceptional. Even if they get something wrong they’re very warm and correct the issue without making the customer feel bad.This is huge I promise you. The ladies and gentlemen at the Starbucks are an exceptional crew. I have about five Starbucks I pass in my neighborhood and go out of my way to go to this one.

So glad for this location by my work. I no longer have to drive to the desert inn location. This is a drive-thru only location, which I have no issues with. They should have done this years ago. Better late than never! This will definitely be a go to spot for the car dealerships.
