My husband and I discovered this gem of a food cart today during our Labor Day trip to Stevenson WA! Excellent Service and Excellent Food! The beef tamale was the best I’ve ever had! The perfectly seasoned shredded chicken burrito and rice and the chicken enchilada were all delicious!

Food was amazing! I got the Carne asada burrito and everything tasted so fresh and homemade. A little on the pricey side for a food cart as the burrito was $16 dollars but well worth it. The guy running the cart was friendly and the service was quick. I will definitely stop by next time I’m in town!

We hired Tacos Pepe to come cater our campground wedding just outside of Stevenson this September and they were incredible! The food and service was amazing, we did not have to worry about a thing. Everyone was raving about the food, for sure some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. We will certainly be stopping by after some hikes in the future 🙂

Best tacos I’ve ever had in my life, honestly. The meat is always cooked to perfection, the vegetables are as fresh as can be, the tortillas never seem to be too greasy, and there is never a lack of ingredients. Green sauce, red sauce, lime slices, and even a spork and napkins come with these masterpieces. I will never find tacos as good as these anywhere else!

I stopped by Tacos Pepe food cart based on the ratings and ordered two beef tacos. My total came out to about $7.50. These were the size of regular street tacos with two corn tortillas, beef, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. The beef was not very well seasoned but still had good flavor, especially after I squeezed some lime over it. The green sauce was legit. The salsa on the tacos wasn’t anything special but it was very fresh. The beef was decent although overall it all seemed a little high priced for how basic it was.

Stopped in Stevenson for two nights, and my dad and I came across this gem. Tacos Pepe has the freshest Horchata that I’ve had in a minute. I kept it simple with 4 tacos, but decided I wanted a variety of meat. The carne was my favorite, absolutely flavorful and obviously fresh, the chicken had a wonderful profile when I ate it, good spice and cooked perfectly, and the pork was different than what I’m used to, it was truly a delicious taco. If you’re thinking about Mexican food… come to Tacos Pepe!
