I never had such bad experience with any hot breads locations before. The food is stale and foul eggy smell. I ordered Chicken bun and not only the the amount of chicken in it was very less but the smell was unbearable. My son was very hungry and he couldn’t even take a bite. I have never written a bad review like this before but sorry to say that this was really bad. I am not going here again. I hope the management would work on it and serve good food to the public.

I stopped by this bakery this afternoon and bought a few pastries, but they were very disappointing. They tasted stale and dry, despite looking fresh. When I called to report this, the person I spoke with refused to acknowledge any issue and said I should instead say I didn’t like the taste due to my personal preferences. I also mentioned that the whipped cream looked pale and stale, but he claimed it was due to the lighting. Overall, the response was dismissive and unprofessional.

Being from chennai , hot breads is always our fav shop. BUT NOT THIS ONE. I mean their Edison store is one of my fav places to eat and hence tried this branch … it was just awful ! We went there for a quick evening tea/snack and it was really bad ..
Coffee and tea were tasteless and full of water . My wife couldn’t drink one sip of tea . It was like hot water and they advertise it as Masala chai . After that we ordered veggie puff and I swear – it was one of the bad puffs I have eaten in my life . Something wasn’t right . After the first bite , it smelled like egg/ or something which wasn’t right . Probably it was old and they reheated it. Absolutely no customer service or apologies . The guy just took away the puff and threw it in garbage . Parking was tight too .. and there weee 2/3. Chairs to sit and eat inside ..
Will never go back again to this franchise : I still love Edison branch and will always be their loyal customer

I bought pastries and they were dry to the extent that when I took one out of the box, the bottom layer fell out. They were totally dry and tasted like plastic.
This place has doubled the price, may be that’s why the food is not selling. I don’t know, but i know that my stomach didn’t feel good for a day after eating a pastry. I should thrown them instaed of eating. That is on me.

Really good pastries it’s so nice and soft. Their new rum cakes are really good honestly. I would reccomend anyone to try it out. Align with their Christmas special cakes

Ordered cake from here . Cake tasted bad and extremely stale with a weird spoiled taste. I thought of going back but was busy with the function and was not able to go back. But I’m not sure if they would have entertained the return and given a refund. Never buying here again.

Ordered fruit cake for my wife’s birthday and that cake turned to be smelling so bad n when we took a bite it was feeling somewhat acidic smell. I went back to return and the person Mr. Naidu did not agreed even after smelling n tasting a bit of that cake. I want to get the refund but he gave me a coupon so I can use it again when I go to their shop. I recorded the complete conversation and thinking of reporting.
