Cute little place, never tried wing stop so I was happy one opened close by it’s yummy! And like a lot of people say the ranch is pretty good! lol but apart from the food being good it was quick it took about 8 minutes from when I ordered! I got the regular seasoned fries and my brother got the garlic Parmesan wings I payed $12 in all not too bad

They put both my garlic parm and my partners spicy wings IN ONE BOX. People have stomach issues and can’t have spicy which is WHY I didn’t order SPICY. The sauces were all mixed in the bottom of my wings. Now I can’t eat my dinner after my 12hr shift. Do better.

It was my first time at Wingstop on NW Cornell Rd, and Loren made it such a great experience! She took my order and was so helpful, patiently answered all my questions, and even offered to let me sample a couple of sauces before deciding. It was the end of the day, and as a tired mom choosing that today was not the day to make dinner, her kindness and upbeat attitude were such a bright spot. Great customer service and delicious food. I’ll definitely be back!

Today, I visited the establishment for a wing order and was met with an overwhelming attitude due to the staff’s lack of training. Only two individuals were working, handling only three orders displayed on the screen, indicating a significant workload. I patiently waited for my order to be prepared. During this time, I overheard one of the female staff members sneezing approximately four to five times. Unable to observe the situation, I rose to the front to ensure that the sneezing did not contaminate the food. The staff member approached me and inquired if I required assistance. I informed her that I had already received assistance. She then returned to the kitchen, retrieved my wings from the cooker, and proceeded to drop the bowls. The bowl containing the wings fell to the ground. She attempted to pick up the bowl from the ground, but the other female staff member instructed her to simply retrieve more wings. She picked up the same bowl and attempted to add more wings to the same bowl that had just fallen. I inquired if that was the bowl that had fallen, and she attempted to reassure me that it had not fallen face down but rather face up. Regardless of the orientation, the bowl had fallen and hit the ground. Consequently, I requested a refund for my order. I strongly recommend that the establishment prioritize training its staff on safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.

Flavorless. Got a bunch of boneless wings. Anything up to a 3 spice level from them is less spicy than franks red hot and doesn’t even have good flavor to make up for it. The meat was fine so maybe they have good tenders but don’t come here for wings

Amazing place! But most of all AMAZING STAFF! The crew was so kind, informative and food was so quick. This crew was everything any resturant desires. Place is clean. And omg, can’t say enough good things about the guy who helped u, I’m hoping he’s the manager because even when I witness a customer being rude he kept his cool and was so respectful. 10/10!
