I have eaten here many times. This time was a little less a great experience but based on my previous visits there I’m giving it a 5-star review anyway. The food was good and we enjoy eating outside. They have various offerings including vegetarian and vegan. The problem was they were training somebody new. Honestly this should have been done in off-hours. He was brand new. He had no idea of the basics at all. It led to a slow line and off proportions. I understand training and the kid was nice. He just didn’t know what he was doing. All in all though this is always a good bet when you don’t want to cook and want a balanced meal.

This is the second time we have ordered pickup of crispy tacos and they give soft tacos. If you are out of something you should let the customer know when they pick up. We don’t like the soft tacos. Won’t be back after giving you the benefit of the doubt after the first time.

Today, My TasteBuds and I went on a pleasure trip to enjoy the outdoors. My TasteBuds wanted a burrito and we were near Chipotle Mexican Grill. It has been years since My TasteBuds had a taste for the restaurant. We chose the chicken bowl and a drink for under $20 bonzes.
The service was great and the food was outstanding. We recommend the chicken bowl y’all.

I placed a 1K catering order at the Chipotle on 781 Pleasant Grove Blvd Roseville, CA 95678. This is my 1st time ever using Chipotle for catering, I placed the order over the phone, and I was worried that the store might not get my order. So, I called the Highlands store to confirm. The employee who answered the phone was polite and pleasant and they confirmed my order. I then asked if there was any way I could get a discount and the employee said she would have a manager get back to me. Amber, one of the managers got back to me and she said she would look in to it. Over the next few days she worked very hard for me to get the best deal possible and to have a positive experience with the store.
Because, I had placed such a large order, I was worried how everything would be packaged and if it would fit in my SUV? Also I was worried that stuff would spill. But, as soon as I showed up to pick up my order, my worries were squashed. Everything came in these huge clean sturdy boxes and they all fit in my SUV perfectly. The staff including Amber helped me load everything. The entire order was hot and ready when I came to pick it up!!! I am very thankful and grateful for Amber and her staff for making my entire ordering and pick up experience smooth, enjoyable, and trouble free!
BTW, the prorations were large and fed more than my 65 person order! If you are a diehard Chipotle fan, you will be glad to know that for some reason their catered food tastes better the what you get in line. I have been eating leftovers for 4 days now and it’s been Awesome!!!

I love Chipotle food. It is always consistent no matter which location you visit. This location needs to change the layout of their restaurant. It’s a tight squeeze from the order area to the door. There was one employee hustling and communicating with the cook about what items they were low on. The rest seem to hate their jobs. My burrito was delicious, but I doubt I’ll go back to this location.
