This might’ve been the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. Apparently, it’s store policy to only be able to pickup two online orders at a time or you have to circle around. So we unfortunately had to circle around three times because we were picking group orders. Not only does that not make any sense at all, it wastes our time and the employee’s time. It was extremely frustrating. On top of that, we were in the car for a total of 20 minutes waiting on the food. Please, Taco Bell, stop making peoples lives so difficult and just let us paying customers pickup ALL of our online orders if we’d like to do so.

Order was 6 crunchy taco’s no lettuce. They gave me them with lettuce so I called and went back for replacements. This time they only gave me 5 taco’s. And one was completely broken in half. Will never go back again worst service I ever had anywhere.

just want to know why the employees always find it okay to put, concepts of a DROP of nacho cheese, in the cups when you pay ONE DOLLAR PER CUP OF CHEESE. you at least need cheese to get down the MAYBE mediocre food, and that’s if you even get the food you ordered in the bag. i’ve never been more regularly disappointed by a food place in my life.

Did a mobile order for dinner tonight. My son brought the order home & realized they handed him the wrong order. He called & had to drive another 35 minutes to get the Right order. The order still wasn’t right!! The chalupa shell was burnt & falling apart,cinnamon twists were stale & globs of sour cream when we ordered no sour cream!! This is terrible! Some elementary school kids could do better than this! This is Simply employees that just Don’t care!!! Unacceptable!

The place is dirty, there’s food all over each table, the trash cans are overflowing with garbage and the employees are just talking to each other, not cleaning or waiting on customers. The portion sizes have definitely shrunk and I’m old enough to remember what they used to be like.

I stopped in the drive thru late at night. Things went as it normally should in a drive thru. I ordered. Went to the window and paid. The lady gave me my food. I said… “Hey, how long have you worked here?” And she said 2 years….
