I have been to a million pho places all over the US and Vietnam. The owner is so friendly. This pho shop is unique and amazing. I ordered the avocado smoothie, brisket pho and rib pho. The food was delicious! We will return!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Solid spot for a quick Pho fix. The Pho and Vermicelli bowls are decent and hit the spot. Just a heads-up: they don’t serve chicken dishes (Phở Gà) or rice (Cơm Tấm) plates here, so it’s mostly a noodle kind of place.

Phở Mai just open their second location and I am so happy that this place right next to my house. Their Pho is absolutely delicious with rich beef broth, a perfect amount of noddle and slice beef. I can eat this everyday if I could. We also order the vegetarian Pho, the broth is so delicious with all the different type of veggie and the tofu is fry lightly nice and firm. I would highly recommend trying their seafood crispy noodle, it is a fairly large portion so you can definitely share this one. The sauce with the crispy noodle and the perfect cook seafood are amazing. I love the sugarcane drink, brought me back some childhood memories. I would definitely be back with some friends so I can introduce to them some authentic Vietnamese foods.

Was absolutely delicious . The pho was banging, smoothie as well. Spring roll very light and tasty if you don’t want something heavy. Orange chicken was good as well . Everybody was pleasant, and I like to say it’s authentic Thai for this area. Must come back to place

The spring rolls were a decent size. They provided a good amount of peanut sauce for dipping. But the rice paper was a bit dry and chewy (under done?).
The vermicelli bowl was good.
The flan was probably the worst part of the meal. It didn’t look like the picture from the menu and in fact wasn’t actually flan. It was a very firm jello with a slight flavoring of flan under a coffee sauce with boba on top. Altogether very odd and a complete disappointment, as I was most looking forward to it. Please just serve actual flan (custard, not jello) that is advertised in your menu.
Service was excellent. The timing of the 3 courses was perfect. Note you need to walk up to cashier when done instead of waiting/asking for a check.

We had been to another Pho Mai location and thought it was good, but could have been better. We happened upon this location and when we first visited, a gentleman named Hugh was greeting the patrons, explaining the menu items, and told us he was there on a contact basis for a couple of months to help the restaurant owners get started.
Once he went back to Florida, we’ve visited a few times and the service, food, etc has been outstanding. They seem to have a slightly classier spin than most of the Vietnamese places around Metro Phoenix. Try their fresh sugar cane juices, too!
