My family and I come often to grab the great food, its my special needs sons favorite spot. We often go and are usually helped by Irvin, who is amazing and always seems to remember just how my picky eaters like things which makes things easier for this mama. We have always had amazing food, but last night we went after baseball practice and we had experienced dry, rubbery chicken, a small tender in a huge sandwhich bun and mixed tenders In box with different flavors which is a special needs kids nightmare of different foods and flavors touching/mixing . I went in today hoping to let a manager know of our experience and was greeted by Angel today who helped me. He was understanding and kind. Angel, if you read this We appreciate you. Wingstop owners, you guys have 2 of the BEST hard workers at this location with Irvin and Angel, they keep things running smooth and truly care about their job and customers. We dont often see fast food employees care as much as these 2 young men do. So again, Thank you guys for always making sure our experience is great.

Hands down the best wing stop location. My wife and I love wing stop, we have had wing stop in so many different locations and this one is the ONE! Every time we order from here the order is on point, on time, and Irvin and his team are always providing the absolute best customer service! Wing stop needs to give Irvin some market share. Every time my wife and I get wings, he has been there with a smile on his face, giving the best customer service, making the absolute best wings and fries, and running a tight crew that also gets it done! If you’re lucky enough to be near this location then make sure you take advantage of the opportunity to eat the best wings in town!

The food is hit and miss. Sometimes, it is fresh. Other times, the fries are cold, and the wings have obviously been sitting for a while. But the reason i enjoy going to this location is because the workers are genuinely nice and they’re just trying to do their job. I think it’s an entire team thing, where they all are kind, so they keep it going effortlessly. I have ordered in store asking for lots of changes, and the person taking the order was patient and offered suggestions to make it less expensive. I have also ordered online to the wrong location and when I showed up here they helped me figure out what to do and offered to make me the new order within 10 mins and explained how I could get a refund at the other location. They check your phone for online orderes but they’re nice about it so it isn’t an inconvenience. They’re just nice here, and that matters to keep a loyal customer even if the food doesn’t always hit. The management here needs to acknowledge their employees and appreciate them.

Just went on 6/8 close to closing time and placed an online order. The dude working was busy but was still holding it down and being very nice. I didn’t see a name tag but still had to give him some recognition. Food was also very fresh!
