I manage this restaurant. I am sorry I do not have access to respond to people here in the normal fashion. @Arialla Knight I remember that sign it was taken down by me when I started this location 2YEARS ago! Anywhere you go utilizes F.I.F.O. method. They also have their builds ie. The amount that is put on a product. Don’t like it want more? Say so. @Richmond Postals during severe storm warnings for the safety of employees it is policy for the doors to be locked until the all clear is given. Yes after I saw your review I made sure my store was not being closed early without cause.

Do NOT order or pick up through the drive thru, they give you the older bread, the chips that are close to expiration (there’s a literal sign instructing the employees to do so), and they barely put any toppings on your sandwich because they know they can get away with it since you’re not watching them make your sub. If you can help it, go walk in and make sure they are making your food right. If you’re ordering online, you might as well get there asap or they’ll treat it the same way.

I had some horribly made sandwiches back in October. Contacted the manager, was advised they viewed the footage and that I would be given a refund in a form of subway gift card. I replied and gave my address… received nothing. Re-replied in December and still nothing. I have look everywhere for the corporate number but it only sends me to the store, which isn’t helpful. We live within 5 minutes from this location and ABSOLUTELY love going here when we want freshly made sandwiches(subs instead of burgers) the staff has always been cheerful positive and very friendly and have done there best to provide a semi-fast paced experience while we’re there even when we eat there they ask if everything is ok with our meal

So far service has been super friendly each time i have been in for my lunch. My fave so far is the veggie delight salad I believe it is called. Just wish it had a light Ranch but eventually I will remember to keep my own at work. They have even been filling me a side cup of dressing in case I have needed more. Super friendly guys and atmosphere. Thanks for taking care of me on my lunch.

It’s subway. Who doesn’t love a subway sandwich. But I will make a complaint in hopes of getting this fixed.
Whether I order online or dine in, they don’t accept coupons. None of them. It almost seems like a bait and switch. I get coupons in the mail and some online, and I have never been able to use any of them. I understand the term ‘independently owned’ and those coupons actually say, not available in all stores.
So, the prices seem to be out of control, and the local stores had stainless steel, rolling doors installed that blockes the customers view of their sandwich being made in the first stages assembly . I don’t know if they are still there, I haven’t been back in months .

I sent someone to pick up a 6 in turkey sub for me. Gave them a gift card to use. They returned and said the young lady wouldn’t accept the gift card that it was not a gift card but rather it was for points??? It says clearly on it that it’s gift card!

When I opened the sandwich it barely had any veg on it. A few sprigs of spinach, about 3 pieces of lettuce…I ordered everything so it should have been loaded. They had mashed the sandwich down practically flat (which was easy to do considering they had put hardly anything on it). It was way too salty! I threw most of it away. It was pitiful! It cost close to $10.
I’ll never go to subway again!
Poor customer service, inferior product! Definitely would not recommend!
