I visited the Union Township location in New Castle, PA this evening for a carne asada bowl. I was told there would be @ 5 minute wait for the carne asada. I said no problem. While I was waiting I observed 3 employees, a male who was busy preparing the carne asada and 2 females. One of the females was on her phone and the other was chatting up the boy fixing the asada. I also noticed that the trash was overflowing and the tables were dirty and in need of busing. I asked the girl talking to the boy if she wanted me to bus the table while I waited. She thought I was serious. I also mentioned that the garbage was overflowing. She replied, that wasn’t her job and that she wasn’t doing that. She said that they shouldn’t have to do that for the money they got paid. From what I could see she was getting paid to stand around and talk to other employees while they were working and distract them from it and make me wait longer for my order. Speaking of my order, I asked for a side of the red chimichurri and was told they were out. I guess making more of that wasn’t in her job description either. Also the rice was undercooked and crunchy. All and all not a good experience and probably won’t be back.

The staff is always great and generous, they’ll make sure things are right before you leave. But I had a guy order in front of me who got the kinds of beans he wanted mixed up and when the gentleman making his bowl put exactly the kinds of beans he asked for in his bowl, but the guy was thinking they were named something else, he flipped out on the poor guy for no reason and tried making it the staffs fault but I corrected him because I was listening and they made it right for him and he was so arrogant about a mistake you would of thought he had blue hair! GREAT STAFF. VERY CLEAN AND BEST SERVICE IN THE STATE!

Y’all are such a great crew & store! Y’all always make sure to make the customer feel welcomed & y’all always make sure to be generous on the portions; which I know is very significant for cost-effectiveness for the customer, like myself, who don’t have a large income base at the moment. When I get my normal order, I am able to stretch that food for 3 or 4 days & 4 – 5 sometimes 6 meals. Especially when I use the extras.

This is one of my favorite places to eat vegetarian. So many choices. I get the salad bowl. Queso. Always fresh. A bit pricey. About $15. Plus drink but you are paying for absolute freshness. And I can make two meals out of it there is so much. ( I also get the queso and guacamole) that does have the extra charge. So skip that it won’t be as pricey.

Expensive food and too spicy if you care about your health. $24 for 3 small sides of corners asada(steak) .75lb of meat, with a regular side of quacomole. Lazy employees can’t grab a late night salad. Overpriced, low quality service.

If I could give zero stars I would. 7:15 pm Saturday evening. Store is open to 11:00 pm. Except for some things apparently cleaning starts 4 hours before closing
I purchased 3 large drinks. We really like the fruit drinks. We sometimes stop just for the drinks. Turns out that tonight the cleaning starts now and no drinks. Okay
So I back to get a refund. The pleasant young woman at the counter informed the manager she needed a refund. He ignored her. After he served another customer he went right back to preparing another meal.
I’ve already paid and this guy isn’t even aware of his store or his employees.
