I love Subway. Always a bunch of different choices. The one in Shamokin has a couple little young teenagers with attitude problems. Ill avoid this one all together because your customer service is what makes money. A little attitude adjustments in there can go a long way.

Food is always 10/10, and the employees are such great people ! I can say if I was blind I would trust the Shamokin subway to get my order right everytime. Thanks so much for what you do for us costumers ! Dina is such a lovely amazing worker, always has the most amazing personality and is just a joy to see her working when I come in. The manager not sure her name is also running this place perfectly 10/10 all around. Best employees work at Shamokin subway ❤️

There’s never as much product as shown on sandwiches 8 there is shown in advertising. But that seems to be everywhere now.

So your app no longer gives me the option to customize my sandwich and when it does it cuts the page off. It does the same thing on my mom’s phone. I have an android and she has an iPhone so it’s not our devices.
Maybe you should think about fixing this. It’s not just the shamokin subway it’s any subway we order from on the app. Not only that, the only option it does give is to clear all and then I get a plain sandwich.
Idk why but I feel like this is the companies way of cutting costs. Well you’re gonna lose a ton of customers along the way.

It’s good sometimes it all depends on who is working. Because some of the workers don’t put as much effort into making your food. Others are more happy and energetic while they work. But overall the food is good, the store is clean and it’s supposedly healthy.

Racist or just straight ignorant… August26th at around 1 two older white ladies we’re working I have never had issues with the food or the employees till today btw.. I sat there for 15 minutes while they were making a small order for a nice older gentleman… Once done with his order they proceeded to conversate not even acknowledging my presence.. Next thing you know two white dudes and there help walk in.. and they start taking there orders telling me i came in after them.. there was like 6 dudes and all i wanted was a churro.. she said i should’ve stood in line.. there was no line just a guy sitting down waiting for his. Also you would have thought that those dudes would have said I was there first knowing I only wanted one churro but I guess everybody just sucks nowadays…. So disappointed but I expect that from ignorant people over 40 making sandwiches…

The subs are great, new staff in there constantly, but usually are nice, but there are some that can be quite the arse.
They make good looking, great tasting subs. It’s never really busy and it’s more a take out Subway.
It’s clean, floors are constantly getting mopped, and dishes are getting done.
I usually go in there and they get a fresh knife and use it for MY SUB.
(1 less star due to the few people who give meh service)

This Subway shop has the best customer service/food handlers in the area. the restaurant is very nice and clean. They also take call orders and online orders too.
