I am currently pet sitting for my aunt and wanted to order Chinese take out! After checking out all the other local Chinese restaurants in the area and reading through reviews, I decided to try Kings Wok and I’m so glad I did! The service was great from the moment I walked in. I ordered in person and it was super fast. They were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience easy.
The food was AMAZING. The quantity and quality were both on point you definitely get your money’s worth. I ordered the shrimp toast, scallion pancake (pizza), and the General Tso’s chicken combination platter. I asked for the chicken to be spicy, and they made sure it actually had a kick, which I really appreciated!
The shrimp toast was savory with a little sweetness, which is different from other places I’ve tried but it was absolutely delicious. The scallion pancake (pizza) was really good too; I just wish it was a tad bit thinner, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, 5 stars! It’s absolutely worth making the trip from Mt. Laurel!

I was very disappointed with my order and the service I received from this place. Firstly, when I called ahead to order, I was mislead about the pricing of my order. I was going off the online menu pricing and when I spoke to the lady she confirmed that my order would be $28, I repeated the price several times and her response was yes every time. Then when I got to the establishment the woman at the counter quickly and heavily accented said the price as I handed over my card. She immediately swiped it as I was asking her to repeat herself, she handed me the receipt and repeated the charged amount of $59! I could not understand how the price almost doubled! When I asked to clarify and repeated previous phone conversation, she laughingly said oh those online prices must be old, then the woman next to her spoke something in their language and then she handed me a new menu and said sorry for the confusion and emotionlessly pushed my food towards me and said have a good day. Not wanting to cause too much of a fuss and with seemingly no other option I took my food and left. I got home to my hungry family to find the chicken was deformed, small and too crispy with almost no meat. So I said all that to say I’m never going back there again.

Food was great, hefty portions. Menus online was posted 10+ years ago by customers so they do not align with the menu today. They cannot take down what somebody else has posted so they get lots of backlash with pricing. Other than that, family owned, good people.

Although the food was good the price charged was very high. I came around lunchtime and got their lunch special and a house lo mein and wings. I thought the price charged seemed high but didn’t say anything, my bad. It cost me $40 which was $10 more than the menu. Be mindful of your order charges.

First time going here, definitely not one of those kind of people to complain about a small business like this. I understand things now a days are getting expensive with inflation but this place definitely was not worth it for the food. It a bit pricey. They forgot both of my egg rolls. My rice had tons of onions in it. The chicken wings were tiny and burnt. Not going here again.

I was on a job so I went here after. The food is damn good. Got the veg lo mein, soup broth(taste like ginger) (yum), veg egg roll and extra noodles (homemade). Worth the trip, meal under $15

Today is Tuesday and I took a chance to order from a different Chinese Restaurant considering my preferred restaurant is closed on Tueadays like many others.
I ordered 6 different items totalling $57. All just of poor quality. One dish was burned so bad that I ended up taking it back for a new dish which was much better but still the overall food was really bad tasting.
Shrimp Egg Foo Young – lacked shrimp and this was the burned and returned item. I literally counted 3 bites before I got a shrimp in my mouth.
Deep Fried Crab Sticks – Extremely crunchy coating with a very mushy tasteless imitation crab stick.
Grandfather Chicken – Tough chicken in a very sweet sauce.
Low Mein Noodles – Greasy, too greasy to eat.
This was a very bad experience for me and I will be returning to my Chinese Restaurant of choice.
