Where to begin? Pulling in to the plaza’s parking lot you are greeted by extremes. In one corner a chain sandwich shop and the opposite corner Reve. We walked into one of the coziest restaurants I have eaten in. The lighting was just right the fixtures were perfect, and the furnishings were cozy and comfortable for the 3-4 hour journey.

We enjoyed a 10 course experience and boy was it a gastric experience. As we were taken in a journey across Sicily with local Ontario ingredients we tasted it all from the wheat fields and olive groves right to the depths of the Mediterranean.

The dinnerware , hand made and beautiful was imported from Chef’s home villages in Sicily only added to the vibrant and visual effects of the voyage.

All 10 courses provided us with an explosion of flavors with every bite. As Chef spoke of his inspirations which he places in each course he speaks of his childhood experiences and shares photos of the views from his bedroom window and out comes the dish which were all inspired by his memories of his surroundings and remembering his mother in the kitchen.

The service was as expected, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Bringing new silverware with every course and not missing any details.

The Sommelier, took us through a journey from local Niagara region wineries right through the ancient cellars of Sicily. Each experience well paired with every course.

There maybe details that were missed but the journey as a whole had me mesmerized this was my fist visit and definitely will be going on a new journey in the next season.

Amazing experience! My wife and I tried the Icewine Festival Tasting Menu and all four courses were really good. Our favourite was the Beef Carpaccio with mushroom and ice wine jelly.

We appreciated the aesthetic of the room, especially the indoor moss ceiling piece.

We’d highly recommend!

We went last night to celebrate our anniversary and a promotion, and the 8-course blind tasting menu was truly incredible. We drove over the border from Buffalo, and it was absolutely worth the trip. There is nothing in the Buffalo area that comes close to this level of culinary experience.

I called ahead about a gluten and dairy allergy, and the chef confidently assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, and it wasn’t. Every dish was safe, creative, and absolutely delicious.

We were seated at the Chef’s Counter, where Chef Adriano personally explained each course. He is a true creative, kind, humble, and exceptionally talented. No two dishes were alike, and the flavors were unique and blended so creatively. We met each course with curiosity, and the flavors did not disappoint. He even made us custom desserts to complete our experience, so we weren’t lacking in any way despite our allergies.

It was truly something out of the ordinary, sophisticated, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. This is a special gem in NOTL, and we will definitely be back!

100%, This was my favorite restaurant of 2025 and I can’t wait to eat here again in 2026.

It’s a must eat spot if you’re celebrating anything or just looking for a special night out.

Food was 10/10, you can tell the care and thought that’s put in.

Dessert you can’t miss out on. It’s so good, a perfect portion of a sweet treat to end the night.

My husband and I dined at the Chef’s table and had the most incredible experience. Watching Chef Adriano and his team, prepare, cook and plate was like watching a magic show. So seamless and elegant.
The courses were exceptional from beginning to end, there’s so much story behind each dish. The recommended wine pairing was also a delight. The ambiance, moody atmosphere but welcoming vibe really showcases just how much love and passion went into this one-of-a-kind space. Even down to the imported dinnerware, no detail was left behind. The staff are so knowledge and accommodating, and not just one individual cares for your table – they all do.
At the end of the evening, we were both provided a custom printed card, with the details on each course – which we thought was such a personal added touch!
Through the week we have enjoyed lattes and cappuccinos with breakfast and baked goods as well as little touches of imported items to take home from the Aperitivo side.
We will definitely be back and can’t wait to see all the new creations the team has thought of next!
Highly recommend checking out the Chef’s table for a true experience.

What an incredible experience! We had the blind tasting menu experience sitting at the bar across from the fire and it was phenomenal. From the moment you walk in the restaurant, you feel captured by the ambiance. Everything from the music, the lighting, the decor pieces and the warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff creates an amazing atmosphere. The staff are extremely attentive and knowledgeable of all the items on the menu and provided helpful recommendations. The cocktails were to die for, we tried 3 of the “Elements” cocktails and we found them to be perfectly balanced and delicious. Then there is the food.. each dish that came out left us wanting more. Locally sourced, farm to table ingredients, cooked over a wood fire and an exquisite blend of flavors made this a memorable culinary experience. Chef Adriano is a master of his craft and it shows.
Highly recommend Revé to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

I have nothing but the highest praise for the staff at Revé. From booking the reservation to the time we left the restaurant, Max provided exceptional customer service- ensuring that the night was made extra special for our celebratory occasion. Kendra was also incredibly friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. All of the staff we encountered were top notch. The food was superb, we are already looking forward to returning & loved being able to take a gift package home (that olive oil from the chef’s hometown is good enough to drink). Thank you again, see you next time!

absolutely incredible. the delicacy and attention to detail in every meal is unlike any other restaurant in niagara on the lake. The service was absolutely incredible, The restaurant is beautiful. We will be back for the eight course meal.

Every single thing we consumed was explained in great beautiful detail. every single ingredient is specifically chosen for perfection in every bite.

I think we will be talking about this restaurant for weeks. They go above and beyond to give you an experience. From start to finish, we had a perfect night.

What an incredible treat we had experiencing an evening at Revé! The service was impeccable. The food outstandingly inventive and delicious. The tables and seating intimate and beautiful.

It feels as if Revé has the dining experience just right, where others keep getting it wrong.

The seats are far enough apart that you can have an intimate dinner without your conversation being overheard by others. The lighting is low. The seating is very comfortable, especially in the velvet upholstered corner booth. Other restaurants love to pile people in for that vibrancy feeling. Revé does not…. beautifully, thankfully so.

I cannot say enough about the food! Compared to other high end restaurants in NOTL, this food is very well priced for a fine dining experience. And yet, it is not boring. It is not “the usual.” It is inventive and unexpected. It is spectacularly delicious.

Its ingredients are locally sourced yet its inspiration is global. Chef is Sicilian, and he brings his unique palate to the dishes he creates.

The resulting creations are incredible! Chef pairs things together in unexpected ways… for example, imagine this… buttery scallops, sliced thinly and layered beautifully on a bed of savoury French toast, served, surrounded with a perfectly balanced, ever so delectable beurre blanc sauce, garnished with edible flowers.

The lamb-stuffed rigatoni was amazing! The broth, incredibly flavourful. The white beans, just a suggestion, almost a garnish, and yet essential to the textures of the dish.

The desserts! Wow! Missing, were the “usuals” (the lemon or chocolate desserts). Instead, there were incredibly delectable surprises! Who would think of putting together pickled ginger and an airy, cloud-like cheese foam in a dessert…. and yet the end result was something akin to a meringue or a cheese cake, and better than any cheesecake I have ever tasted.

I love it when a dining experience does two essential things. First, it surprises me with things I’d never think of putting together, and makes those combinations insanely delicious and artistically beautiful. And secondly, it gives me an experience of food I’d never, ever be able to create at home, no matter how accomplished a home cook I think I am.

We chose to dine at Revé twice, our first experience was that good! And it was just as incredible our second time.

Kudos to the chef for his brilliant , creative, inventive work. And kudos to the staff with which he surrounds himself. The garden martini created by the bartender with its herb infusions was divine. The selections of wonderful amaro, diverse. The serving staff were well beyond the usual… they were efficient, timely, and polite, to be sure, with carefully orchestrated movements… but there was something more there… a friendliness and a warmth that added immensely to our enjoyment of the evening.

One other thing to note: they were easily able to accommodate my garlic allergy. Not an easy task!

I highly recommend visiting Revé and taking in its wonderful food and atmosphere. You will leave more than satisfied, basking in the exquisite nature of their unique dining experience.
