We were greeted when we walked in and quickly ordered our food. The staff was efficient and friendly. Our sandwiches were made to order and tasted great. We treated ourselves to the chocolate chip cookies and were not disappointed.

Do not correct your employees in front of the customers! Especially when you are tearing apart their sandwich that was already partially made. I just purchased two cold cuts from this location and not only were they sloppily thrown together, I asked for onion 3 times. I can literally count the shreds… Is there a shortage of available vegetables?? Won’t visit this location for a while.

The food is not the issue. It is definitely the service. Do not offer curbside if you’re not actually going to provide it. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for an order. I was literally in front of the store. The workers were looking at me. I tried checking in online. It wouldn’t work, so I called the store twice. No answer. I go into the store, tell them my name, and my order was just sitting there. Then one of the workers has to comment and say, “I don’t know who was trying to call. The phone doesn’t work.” Really? You heard it ringing. Maybe it’s the customer staring at you from the car wondering where her order is! Absolutely ridiculous!

People had an attitude and the workers skimped on every topping. Place was dirty and the toppings were not fresh. They charged me $2 extra for cheese after I asked the girl for more because she tore up every piece and only gave me 4 slices for a footlong….will not be back and do not recommend. Didn’t even want the sandwich after they got through.

We placed an online order for a sandwich with all of our usual toppings, but asked for extra lettuce. When we arrived, customer service was sub-par and unfriendly, the sandwich had almost no lettuce, it was very flat and not worth the price. It tasted okay, but it was highly disappointing with how sloppy and soggy it was. We’ve had good sandwiches from here before, so I’m not sure what the issue was.
