Order just two combo dinners and over the phone specified extra extra extra soy sauce and duck sauce. The person over the phone said ok got it food arrived with 4 duck sauce and 2 soy sauce for two dinner combos. Tried to call back and ask if the driver was still coming to deliver the sauces back was told yes. Waited again for another 10-15 minutes and had to call back again. Person answered with an attitude and said “they’ve gotten busy” and when I tried explaining that my food had gotten cold after waiting for 25 minutes for sauces to enjoy a meal I spent my money on they hung up. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

Orange chicken combo was excellent and was delivered directly to our hotel room on the 5th floor. If you’re undecided on what to have for dinner and don’t want to leave your hotel room, I would highly recommend the Panda House for food delivery.

The delivery driver was horrible. I was waiting an hour and half for my food and when the driver came, He was kicking on my door and screaming” COME DOWN PANDA FOOD”. The food arrived cold and was horrible. We were visiting from California and the food here is terrible. It made my 11 year old kid vomit after eating the General Tso chicken. The chicken was uncooked and horrible. We all tried Dragon house after that horrible experience. Will definitely be going back to dragon house and not here. Save your money folks and go to Dragon house for Chinese food.
