I order here all the time as a new resident to the Westfield community. I know this location is not located in Westfield but available through door dash (13 minutes from my address to the store). I have placed several orders and the pizza was always good. Today I placed a big order for a family get together ($75.00) or more worth through DOORDASH. I received a call from the pizza spot itself asking am paying a cash tip for the driver if not they will cancel my

Amazing pizza ! I could not believe how delicious the pizza was and I’ve never been here when I live so close. I tried a couple slices of the pizza they call a skinny deep dish. One had was plain and one had crispy pepperoni on in. They have many other options of pizza to choose from , old school and new school. They also have a “Birria” pizza which was sold old but I’d like to try next time. I also tried something the call Crispy Chicken Cayuca. Which is basically a taco but they take a crispy chicken cutlet and form it into a taco shell and stuff it with pasta. I had 3 , Penne Vodka , Fettuccine, and a Pesto. The pastas are are all so delicious and even better stuffed in a chicken cutlet. I’m hooked. Super friendly staff, fast service. Had 1 table and some stools to sick.

Ordered delivery at 5 pm, with their delivery window stating 15-30 mins. Food arrived an hour and a half after I placed the order- after 630, and was completely burnt and dry, unedible. I had to call twice only to be told it was a busy night and would get here eventually. A simple phonecall and I could have come to get it myself or made other arrangements. The tracker app said it was out for delivery at 510, and when I called st 640, the food wasnt even out of the oven. 2 pizzas, and I live 5 mins away.

I previously wrote a very positive review about Brooklyn Pizza in Short Hills, praising both the food and the customer service. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I can no longer say the same.
I was there with my daughter, and we witnessed something that genuinely disturbed us. The individual who appeared to be the pizza chef reached into a container of sauce with his bare finger, tasted it by licking his finger, and then placed the same finger back into the sauce. This happened more than once.
This is extremely concerning from a health and sanitation standpoint. I understand mistakes happen, but this didn’t look like an accident — it looked like a normal habit.

I got a chicken Philly. I’ve had decent pizza here. This sandwich however has no cheese and had hot sauce. The chicken is not plentiful and I found a hair in the sandwich. Total for one slice and this sandwich was 22.95. Far more than competitors with better food in the area. If you want better quality for a similar ( or better ) price, head to Millburn.

This place went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They were not even officially open for the day and they offered to make a fresh pizza of my choice, just for a single slice. This has never happened before and made my experience that much better. Most places are trying to push old Pizza, not this place. I went with a Margherita Slice which was $4 even, which is one of the most expensive slices in the county, but they delivered a slice that was made with fresh ingredients. The sweer sauce was the star of the show. It was so good that it carried the rest of the Pizza ,which had a solid cheese and crust. Thjs could be a Sleeper for the 2021 Tournament of Pizza on the Pizza Hunters App.
