Love their food, its always fresh and hot. I just wish they had hotter than hot sauce, like in Oregon. We always get the CRISP Meat Burrito, Mexican fries, or the Casita Burrito. Never been disappointed. Must try their white chicken chili, it has a great flavor. Their prices are fair and walkways leave full and satisfied. We never go home without a bottle of their hot sauce.

Disrespectful, Unprofessional, and Just Plain Lazy

I come here often and usually spend between $40–$60. The food is pricey for fast food, but it’s normally pretty good — until tonight.

I placed an online order and went through the drive-through. They told me it wasn’t ready yet and to pull around to the front parking spaces and they’d bring it out shortly — no problem. But after 20 minutes, no one came out, no one went through the drive-through, and I could clearly see three employees standing around inside talking, laughing, and pointing toward my car.

Eventually I went inside to ask about my order, and as soon as I walked in, everyone suddenly walked away. One guy finally came over and asked how he could help. I told him I was waiting for the order I placed through the drive-through, and he said, “Oh yeah, your food’s right there.” It was just sitting on the counter — completely cold.

What bothers me isn’t that it took time. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 15, and I understand being busy or having an off night. What bothers me is the complete lack of respect or effort. They saw me parked right in front of the door in the online pickup spot, and instead of doing their job or simply saying something, they just stood there talking.

I don’t expect five-star service, but I do expect basic professionalism — respect for people’s time and money. I work long hours, often from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m., and I still manage to stay respectful and take pride in what I do.

Honestly, experiences like this are exactly why so many of these jobs are being replaced by automation and AI. When people can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum — acknowledging a waiting customer, handing out food while it’s still hot, or even pretending to care — companies will find something that can. And at this point, I can’t say I’ll miss the human version if this is the standard.

I was hungry while approaching I-5 North, so I turned into the last possible parking lot before the highway to find something to eat. I’d never been to Taco Time NW before, so I decided to try it. I was surprised by some of the taco ingredients (pinto beans and ranch dressing, for example), but I decided to give their tacos a try. The ranch was surprisingly decent. I enjoyed the tater tots that were served on the side. Some people might find them too salty, but I’m not one of them. I love salty food.

The restaurant was clean and run well. I was going to use the bathroom before leaving, but there was a keypad on it. Due to the long line at the front counter, I didn’t feel like trying to get the code. I drove home needing to go to the bathroom, but I didn’t have far to go.

Some of the menu items caught me off guard, especially the taco burger. I supposed some people must like them though, otherwise, Taco Time NW wouldn’t sell them.

I would eat here again.

We stopped in for dinner. But they’re machine wasn’t working correctly. Couldn’t take our payment. The lady asked her co-worker for help. She turned to us and said there is only 3 of us, I can’t stop to help you. We just told her to cancel our order that we can go else where.

Alright pop inspection visit. Manager was off today. The food was still excellent. The Staff was again, great as usual. This Taco Time is always my must stop location between Redmond and Bellingham. I’m never disappointed. Kudos!!

I reviewed this location 3 years ago. This Taco Time continues to be Outstanding. The quality of food, staff and dining room is excellent. It continues to be my favorite Taco Time. Kudos for keeping up the Gold Standard!

I visit many Taco Times. This store is by far the BEST one. I had a #4 Crispy Beef Taco Meal. The taco was perfect. The meat was packed, not skimpy like other branches. It was flavorful too. The lettuce and tomato was fresh. The taco shells were also thin and crisp and not tough. My tacos were good to the last bite. The Mexi Fries were hot and crispy. And lastly the bathroom was clean. Kudos to the Manager and the whole crew.

I called before I arrived to make sure the dining room was open. When I arrived a guy took my order. He seemed agitated and was maybe having a bad day. I took a picture of the menu so I could post it with my review. He was giving me an evil stare and I showed him that I was just taking a picture of the menu and that he wasn’t in it. Then I was about to take a picture of their dining room and he told me that they don’t allow that. I said I usually try to put a picture on for the business. He said, “most establishments don’t allow pictures!” Okay….weird…most businesses are happy to get pictures and reviews in my experience but whatever. I deleted the other pictures and will only post pictures of my food. Every single table was dirty. I think he was trying to smooth things over as he was following me around sweeping up the dining room and he said for me to move a table closed sign to another table and use one of the clean closed tables. I did, but I feel like he should have. That table wasn’t clean either. It would have taken an employee about 3 minutes to hit all the tables with a rag. The food tasted good which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. The name on the receipt was Kurt. A very off-putting individual. I do enjoy the food at taco time and will continue to frequent the other locations.

Overall the food tastes okay but out of all of the Taco Times I’ve been to, this one sucks. Every single time I’ve gone here they have left out part of my order and/or made something wrong. I’ve gotten tired of going there then having to go back to fix my order and the managers not even saying sorry or caring that they keep messing up.

The counter person didn’t know what a virtual/digital gift certificate is and didn’t want to understand how it worked. I paid for my to go order and left. Why did I tip her? Made me a bit mad and disappointed in Taco Time.
