We went back to BK because of the different staff who now make it work well! The croissants and biscuits were very hot and fresh cooked.

We paid $40 and they got every one of our sandwiches wrong all we asked for was no mayonnaise and there was so much grease on my sandwich I couldn’t eat it it was supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich with mustard and pickles no mayonnaise the photos that the owner post don’t look anything like what the real food is

Went thru drive thru on Feb. 27, 2025 at 2:04 PM. Was answered immediately, gave my oreder, drove to window was met at window with a friendly worker. Drove to pick up food was greeted friendly. But when I arrived home to start eating the fish was very dark and very dry. Tried to put some mayo on it to help so I could eat it. Did not work, disgusted throwed it away. Fries were cold, but the Dr. Pepper was good. The first time I went thru and got a fish sandwich it was deliicious, that is the reason I went back. Love the fish. Haven’t been back this time. Thank you

As a bk lover I have to say this is one of the best Burger Kings in the nation when it comes to the whopper! Last year we spent the winter down here remodeling our house, ate here 20 times or more over the 3 months, zero complaints about the whopper. They are always on point. Came
down here again this winter and had to try it out again, ended up taking our friends out to Bk just because the 4 of us like Burger King so much. All the other Burger Kings in the nation should learn from this store o. How to make a whopper!

At 2pm on a Saturday, I pulled into the drive thru and was told “hold on a minute” in a tone that implied I inconvenienced the girl. Waited for a few minutes, asked if I could order, no response, then drove on thru. There were no other vehicles in line. Saw the employees in the drive thru window just standing around goofing off on their phones. Not sure where or what management was doing but the employees were not concerned about serving customers. This would have been the first time in 4 years I’ve eaten at this location because of poor service, it appears nothing has changed.

We had the coupon 2 meals and it was delicious we had extra onions mayo mustard lettuce. I didn’t want it to end it was just that good they were organized food was hot and ready by the time we were done paying at the 1st window. It was a fantastic experience on OLIVE STREET BURGER KING!!

Originally I had given 2 stars but everytime we go back it gets worse. Last time we were there they had a bad fight in kitchen. We love burger king, but honestly I’ve never ate at one with this bad of service. I really hope the district manager sees this review. So many things here that need attention I dont even have the room to put on a review. If u like ice cream dont waste your time they never have the machine ready, or at least havent in last 4 months. Also our food is always cold, they are out of half their stuff everytime we go. I hate this.. it goes all down to bad management. Lots more we could say.. like they turn sign off at 830 so everyone thinks they closed. And they are mad if you come in. If something dont change they will go under soon.

This Burger King is great. The food is always fresh never stale like other restaurants in town. Breakfast and lunch are always hot and fresh. And the ppl are absolutely wonderful, very polite and pleasant. Thanks. Keep up the great work!!!!!!
