I’m surprised at some of these reviews. This team (the morning at least) has a personality and my drink is always perfect. They know my name and know their regulars. With all the new coffee options in the area, their customer service keeps me loyal. My daughter even calls Monte her coffee buddy because he goes out of his way to ensure her drink is right. The quirky personality of this location reminds me of home (Austin), probably the only establishment with a personality in the area.

We live in Gulf Breeze and normally drive to Navarre just out of pure dedication to avoid the Tiger Point location. Going inside reminds me of the Seinfeld episode and the soup Nazi. Those of you who compliment Karen on here clearly are personal friends of hers because any actual customer looking for a good customer experience would not take the time to write a good review and must be accustomed to abuse. The way she scolds and ridiculed her employees in front of the whole store was uncomfortable to say the least. She acts as if there is some sort of sound barrier between her side of the counter and everywhere else. Get rid of her and this store may generate more local business. You are fortunate enough that you can survive due to out of towners not knowing any better.

Look I normally don’t review businesses but this morning just made me think I need to don’t get me wrong the coffee is great but in the morning I’m not a people person so I Order and pay on the app so I just walk in grab my coffee and go on about my day…today made me to decide not to come back again.
I walk in and the guy making coffee doesn’t say good morning nothing just name of the order I walk to my coffee grab it while saying my name and he says door dash like twice and I’m like I’m not door dash i already paid for my coffee dude like why is it I’m getting harassed cause I’m getting stereotyped as a door dash. Yes it may seem like a small thing but what happened to customer service and common courtesy like I say thank you daily after grabbing my coffee and never a reply back I’ll find a coffee shop that respects their customers

The girl working the drive through window that tried to make a “joke” by saying “we are all out of everything, you might as well go home” and waited till we were actively driving away to say she was joking. Starbucks please train your employees to be at least semi professional. Shoutout to the boy who handed us our drinks (Austin) he was very polite. Found it funny how the girl who wanted to joke didn’t even want to talk or come up to us at the actual window.

3rd time, never again. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew with vanilla sweet cream cold foam was ordered, the POS at drive thru was down so waiting for my transaction to be ran at the counter I noticed my two drinks arrive at the window, one looked totally different than the other (2 of the same drinks). Upon receipt of my card I inquired to the difference, a conversation ensued behind the window with rolled eyes and hands in the air. The drinks still didn’t look the same but the employee said she added cold foam.
In the end they both tasted terrible, clumpy old cold foam. This Starbucks is terrible, if you purchase, TRY YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
