Absolutely spectacular meal! The food was innovative and creative, and executed flawlessly. The view and ambiance were ideal and the service was impeccable.
You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, especially the daily specials.

We have been coming here since it opened a few years ago and this visit was consistent with all our previous visits. The food is great. We love the lobster dumplings and sauce (get a dinner size portion!) and the seafood pontchartrain. No choice is wrong. Service and staff are superb. Cocktails are well made and fun choices. Can’t wait to return again.

3 Palms Restaurant is an incredibly romantic and cozy spot located right on the beach in St. Thomas. From the moment you arrive, you can hear the waves, feel the gentle sea breeze, and enjoy a perfect combination of delicious food, attentive service, and great music.
Even though it’s in the heart of St. Thomas, the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve discovered a special, hidden corner of the island. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy a memorable dinner, or celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommended!

Such a sweet little dinner spot! Service was phenomenal- Bri took excellent care of us. I made a mistake of making the reservation for 2 people when it should have been 4 but they staff handled it perfectly. All I can say is, ORDER THE LOBSTER DUMPLINGS. I would have licked my plate if my better manners had not prevailed. One of my all time favorite meals on St Thomas. We also had the shrimp spaghetti – super tasty but don’t expect it to have red sauce. We also had the pork ragú that was pretty tasty as well. Their complementary southern biscuits were a nice treat while we waited on main courses. FYI- the only item on the kids menu was butter noodles. Would definitely come back!

Visiting St Thomas for the first time for a 6 day stay. This was by far the best restaurant we visited during our stay! Food was spectacular (we had the lobster dumplings, the snapper special and the blueberry cheescake) That cheesecake was like none other that I’ve ever had before. Fresh, homemade, and seriously you won’t regret it. The drinks didn’t miss either. Fun staff and amazing how they all work together to keep the place running clean and on point. Everyone does each others jobs so you never wait for anything very long. Beautiful operation!

Our waiter ( the cool Italian guy ) was awesome! He was busy and kept all of his tables humming. We tried many dishes – the monk fish Thai Soup was awesome, the beet salad was delicious, the lobster dumplings were great and the rolls they served are also really good. The risotto was a bit too salty. Fun evening!

The service at 3 Palms was fast and friendly. During our visit it began to rain and the staff reacted quickly to close the doors so our party wouldn’t get wet. The food was delicious and they have an extensive wine selection. I recommend the lobster dumplings, they were incredible

Dined at 3 Palms for the first time on our recent trip to St. Thomas. Nice place, venue is upper level in a building next to the marina. We arrived a bit ahead of schedule, so we opted for the bar and had a couple of cocktails. Nice speciality cocktail list, decent wine list.
I normally make a few observations about our server, but I cannot in this review because we didn’t really have a server. Service was chaotic, some times the waiter, some times the bartender, some times the manager, some times the hostess… it was a circus, with us having to repeat orders already given to another staff member because there was no communication between the staff….
It wasn’t crowded, the restaurant was only about 50% full. The service chaos often resulted in dirty dishes left on the table for 15-20 minutes. We were also told at 8:30pn “the kitchen is closing is 15 minutes”… the restaurant is open until 10:00pm! Comical… so the food was rushed out, I assume, in time for them to lock the doors at 10:00pm.
The food was decent enough, but the quality of the food didn’t make up for the incoherent system of service. The service was a real downer, tough to justify the prices when we’re just a party of two and the staff was fully engaged in entertaining other large tables.
The food was good, but we don’t need to go back. For the price, much better places on the island!

3 Palms was hands down the best restaurant we ate at during our stay in St Thomas. The food was an up level experience over both Caribbean Fish Market and Sunset Grill which is saying something because both of those were also very good. The drinks here were also amazing and you could tell that they had one of the best bar staffs on the island. They sat 8 of us comfortably, and the views were awesome too.
BTW – totally try the veal chop.. seriously!

The food was so amazing we went back two days in a row! They have a grilled Caesar that is to die for and the chocolate tart will have me dreaming for weeks! The two waitresses we had were so kind and attentive. Must visit if in Red Hook!
