We were in town for errands and stopped by this cute little coffee shop for brunch. We have never been here before and we’re excited to try something new. The atmosphere is adorable, I love the eclectic feel and wish more places kept the same old, downtown charm that this place has. Unfortunately, from the very get go the staff seemed like they were having the worst day. The water container was empty and when we mentioned it to them they sighed and said “of course it is”. Not one person even had a smile and when we left we were the ones to say “thank you, have a good day” to which they never said anything back except instructed us to use another door to leave out of. We thought maybe everyone was just having a bad day, or that they were short staffed since it took 30+ minutes for our small orders. But after seeing the previous reviews regarding their poor attitudes, seems that this is just the standard they run a business by. Honestly the wait wouldn’t have bothered us, as the food was good. But the obvious rude personalities just kind of ruined it for us—we won’t be returning.

This is a wonderful place with great food, baked goods (the double chocolate muffin was warm and soo good), excellent coffee along with an amazing variety of loose leaf teas, roasted coffee beans plus balsamic vinegar, seasonings, seasoned salt, and sugar. There is a lot of room / places to sit, which is always nice. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I wanted to try this place out because it looked so cool and I am so glad we did. The place is beautiful, all the teas and the style I loved. There is plenty of seating inside and there is also outside seating for nice weather which we had the chance to do. We ordered and the food and drinks came out quickly, the attendants and servers were super nice. The food was delicious, full of flavor and fresh. We truly enjoyed it all! Definitely will return.

Very cute atmosphere. The menu is full of fun, nerdy, punny names. Good food. Great tea. Reading and game playing encouraged with books and games available for use during your visit. Service: affectless bordering on rude. Slow as you know what. Ignored by staff often even standing right in front of her. For a walk up to the counter to order place, putting in orders took too long. Unfortunately won’t waste my time there again because of the staff. Get it together. You have such potential!!

The place is cute inside but as soon as you order the staff is really weird and not friendly. They don’t know the teas on the menu. And the food took a while to come out for it being a sandwich and a side salad. The salad was some lettuce and a few strawberry pieces on top with a balsamic vinegar which is fine but the lettuce honestly tasted like it wasn’t washed.

I would slap my great grandmother just to be able to taste one of their cream cheese caramel danishes again. Simply, they have the best baked goods I have ever eaten! The barista, Kat, is also so sweet and creates such a great and welcoming atmosphere. Not to mention, she makes the best coffee in town, hands down.

Stopped in on Friday for lunch. The club sandwich was delicious, and the beer cheddar soup was so good. If you like tea, it had a wide selection of tea. We’ll definitely stop back by for brunch. Everyone was so nice too.

I’ve eaten here twice and today took my son for breakfast. First of all, the atmosphere is unique because it’s open, yet has a cozy and welcoming feel to it. The staff is so down to earth and check to see how the meal is regardless of whether busy or not. Today I had the pecan bourbon and my son the raspberry. He was surprised at how good it was and I was again happily shocked at the flavor. The food is carefully prepared and the flavor is the perfect balance of what it’s supposed to be (not one ingredient overpowering the other). We also had Carmel fraps and again, both is appreciating the flavor. I definately recommend eating here. I didn’t get a picture of his meal because he starting eating before I had camera out. These photos are of todays and the breakfast I had prior. The presentation was prettier than the one photo shows (no fruit. And French toasts position on image, but I started to get ready to dig in moving food around in the plate, and remembered to take a photo so I could leave a review with photo 🙂

This place had good food, and great coffee. They roast their own beans, and have a kitchen with fresh plates coming out. A bit of an inefficient process left servers in a raw place and we caught the baristas bad side for playing with the ducks, but nothing worth tainting an experience. Fairly quick and easy Sunday breakfast experience.

Came here with my brand new wife this morning after our wedding yesterday and staying at a nearby B&B. It was just what the doctor ordered. We got some really nice coffees and a couple of scrumptious cookies to share. Now to head back to Cypress and our fur babies.
